Samira's POV
I was at home with Hasan and salima.
Samira:we have a weird dynamic
Hasan:you tell me.
Samira:me? Aren't you the one who got your daughter married to my enemies.

Hasan:they are your enemies not mine
Samira:am I not your wife's friend?
Hasan:so?

Samira: meaning my enemy is her enemy, and since she is your wife,makes them your enemy as well.
Hasan:will you shutup (salima burst out laughing) what's funny?(he asked rudely.Hurt flashed through her eyes,as she shook her head no)

Samira:why are you being so rude to your wife?
Hasan: because eversince you came,you are all she can think about.
Samira:you are lying,you the one who has always been working, and neglecting her.Do you know how much she loves and misses you?

(He became silent and looked over at her.She looked down trying to hold in her tears)
Samira: am only here to keep her company but if doing so,means am taking her attention from you,I will gladly leave.I don't want to cause problems for you too.

(She looked at me sad,I smiled at her and got up,I was about to go to my room and pack when the doorbell rang.I went to get it)
Hakim:can we talk?
Samira: make it quick

(We went to the garden)
Hakim:Samira,I can't stop thinking about you
Samira:if that's the reason why you are here,then leave.
Hakim: don't be like that.

Samira:says the man who accused me of adultery and divorced me.
Hakim: I made a huge mistake.
Samira: mistake? You even had the audacity to go ahead and beg your other wife,the same wife that abandoned you when she found out you were impotent.

Hakim:am so sorry Samira,I was so stupid.
Samira:you still are, because you are here wasting your time on things that won't work.Your daughter is in alot of pain, your nephew is literally going on the path that you took and is hurting your own daughter.what are you doing to help her? Huh?

Because of your male who and selfishness you can't see the suffering of your daughter, and you dare come to me to apologise? How much of a hypocrite are you are? If you have truly changed ,then prove us wrong, think about your daughter and do the right thing.If you can't, please the door is right there.

(I walked off.I came in only to find Hasan consoling salima.He wiped her tears and held her,she smiled shyly.I cleared my throat,they pulled away.)
Samira:so you are still shy after all these years
Salima: don't tease me.

Hasan:am sorry Samira, you were right.
Samira:am always right.
Hasan: don't push it(we all laughed.)

Hakim's POV
Samira was right.How could I ask for her forgiveness when I was allowing the same thing to happen to Aisha.

I agree that Aisha and I weren't close.This was because, after Samira left,I became distant with the world and didn't spend much time with my daughter.

I saw her sitting in the hall looking sad.I sat beside her
