SHOULD I SAVE THEM?
a few days had passed by since the last encounter between [name] and furin; that she later learned their full name was bofurin. while doing her patrols at night and her daytime delivery job, she has seen them walking around occasionally too, which she knows is their job to patrol during the day to keep away thugs and gangs.
today, she was patrolling down the streets during the after dark like usual, and so far everything was going well. no sightings of demons, clearly. although, its still strange. she figured, there definitely was something up. the disappearances have not decreased, but yet increased slightly. she wonders why; despite not being able to bump into any demons recently.
not to mention, the blue spider lily she found two days ago. she still doesn't know how it had gotten there, when clearly nobody had put it there. the lack of sense was clear. however, she couldn't help but wonder, did they send her on the wrong mission? maybe this could've been the wrong town, despite the blue spider lily appearance not too long ago.
but other than that?
having no demon appearances? quite weird honestly. she also noticed this town oddly enough, didn't have any kind of police officers. not that she had seen one so far⎯only furin was doing the job for them. but then again, they were the town protectors after all. that would make sense right? not really when they're just a bunch of highschoolers just like her. although, the [h/c]ette is different.
not once has she ever seen them not appear in the town, they're always there. do they even study? or have tests, quizzes or exams, even? back in her days when she was younger, she had to attend school with no excuses and having to participate in tests, quizzes and exams! and if she didn't she'd fail and have to re-do it, how unfair.
but at least now, she doesn't have to and was able to skip highschool, since she is apart of the demon slayer corps, which is technically a full time job; if you think super hard about it. just mostly more active at night, you know. totally doesn't slack off during daytime!

her shoulders drooped, before slumping her shoulders back up once her crow had started to caw loudly, announcing there was a demon spotted not too far from where she currently was. "CAW CAW! DEMON SPOTTED, HEAD STRAIGHT AND TURN TO THE CLOSEST ALLEYWAY! CAW CAW! URGENT, URGENT! TWO OTHER MALE STUDENTS SPOTTED! MUST HELP! CAW!" her crow urgently shouted on the top of his lungs. "jesus, okay! i get it's urgent, but not so loud?!" the [h/c]ette was quick to shush her crow with a finger hovering over her lips, which hikamaru obeyed.
