I run up to him and hug him. He hugs back. We let go, and he notices everyone in the room.

"Seems like you have befriended vampires?" He says, confused. He looks into the kitchen and sees Crowley talking to Esme. I lead him to the couch, and we sit down.

"How is everything? And everyone?" I ask, adding the end a bit quietly. He looks down.

"That's what I came to talk to you about." He sighs. Crowley looks over at us.

"There's something serious going on. We don't know what. I know that your birthday is next month so I decided to get you something." He starts reaching into his trench coat. He pulls out a shoe box covered in the newspaper.

"It's a little something that I got you." Casteil smiles. Crowley coughs.

"Crowley might've put something in there." Cas adds handing me the box. I set it in my lap. I notice that some of the others are seeing what he got me. I open the box to find a dagger, locket, and a pair of leather finger-less gloves.

"I got you the gloves." Crowley adds. I get up and give him a side hug. I turn to Cas and hug him also.

"This is great and all,but why did you give it to me early?" I ask, looking at the locket. I can practically hear them looking at each other.

  "You see your brothers -"

"It's always my brothers! What did they do now? Unleash the darkness again? Set lucifer free? Bang Lillith?" I say. They look taken back by the last comment. I huff. They are always with my brothers. My brothers cause most of their problems!.

"I am sorry, rabbit, but buisness is buisness." Crowley says, adjusting his wrists. I glare at him.

"Don't be that way. You understand? Right?" Cas says. I look at him.

"I must go. Nice meeting,  everyone. Love the tea, Esme." Crowley says, winking at esme before disappearing. I turned to Cas just to see he wasn't there. It's not fair. I look down at the box.

"Can someone take me home?" I ask.

"Hunny, you know we can't do that. The vampires." Alice starts. I start to get angry.

"Then I'll go to the rez!" I say, grabbing my phone and heading outside. Alice and Jasper chase after me.

"The mutts are bad company! You don't belong over there!" Alice says, catching up to me.

"How can you say that? They were the first people to actually show me kindness when my brothers left me! I ruined that! I've been here for weeks, and a few days ago, we got close." I say, looking her dead in her eyes. I walk away and call Emily.

  "Hello?" She starts

"Hey Emily, can I stay with yall for a few days? I'll explain everything when I get there." I say. I hear faint voices.

"Sam says he'll pick you up."

"Can he meet me at the diner in Forks?" I ask. Once again, I hear voices.

"Yeah. Do you need to stop by your place and pack a bag?" She asks. I tell her yes, and we hang up. I go back inside to gather my things.

"You can't be serious!" Alice yells. Jasper tries to contain her. I walk back outside.

  "Jovi-"

"No! I'm leaving! A ride will be appreciated, but I can do without it!" I say, cutting her off. I walk out the door. Everyone is just standing by in shock. I'm walking down their stairs when I hear the door close.

"Wait up kid. Get in the jeep." I smile hearing that it's Emmet. We get in and start driving.

"You know she's just staying to watch out for you. Cause of the soul bond and all that." He says. I lean my head on the window. He sighs.

"I know what will make you feel better, though." He says. I turn to see him holding the aux cord out to me. I plug it in and start playing. It's my life by Bon Jovi.

After a while of driving, we get there. As I'm gathering my things, I see Sam in the diner.

"Here, kid." Emmet says, handing me some money.

"I don't care what you use it for. Preferably towards the apartment bill." He says. I thank him and get out of the jeep. I get in the diner and make my way to Sam. He sees me and offers a small smile. I sit down.

"Hey Jovi." He says, handing me a menu.

"Thought you might be hungry since we are meeting at a diner." He says, smiling.

"Also, there's someone else here." He smiles. We hear a lot of clanking of dishes and an endless amount of sorry. I look and see Seth and a fairly younger waitress talking. I don't know why but I don't like it. I make my way to them.

"Hey, Seth." I say, pecking his cheek. He gets all flustered and goes to hold my hand.

"I heard a lot of noise, everything ok?" I ask, batting my eyelashes. Where did I learn this? Rowena kidnapped me one time for leverage. It took several weeks for my brothers to notice. In those weeks, she taught me everything a mother should've taught me.

"Ugh, yeah. I didn't see her." He said, pointing to the now jealous girl.

"Well, we should get back to Sam." I say, dragging him off like a lost puppy. We get there, and Sam has an amused look on his face. I roll my eyes and order their German cake with a soda.

-------------------------------

We get to my apartment, and they follow me upstairs. I see the lady at the counter, and I hand her the money Emmet gave me.

"I'll give you the rest next month?" I ask, and she shoos me off. We get up there, and Sam plops himself in a chair while Seth follows me to my room.

"Nothing funny, guys ight?" Sam's calls out. We laugh.

"What's with the salt?" Seth asks. I'm packing my duffle bag.

"Ugh, family superstition." I say. He laughs it off. We get done, and we head to the truck. Some country/folk music starts playing, and I groan, making Sam shake his head and hand me the aux. I play Don't Fear the Reaper by Blue Oyster Cult.

We get to their house, and Seth follows me to the guest room. I put my stuff up while he lays on the bed. I get done, and I turn to see him fast asleep. It's getting late, and I'm kinda tired too. I change into more comfortable clothes. And join Seth in the bed, making sure to cover him up also.
