The Youngest Winchester

Ch.3

"JOVI PUT THE GUN DOWN NOW!" I hear Sam scream.

"DO YOU NOT SEE THE MONSTER INFRONT OF YOU? HE COULD KILL YOU. I WILL NOT LET THAT HAPPEN." I shout back. The sound of bones cracking and seeing the young boy shift into a wolf right in front of her makes her panic. The wolf/boy shakes his head and looks at her. She cocks the gun and she sees someone charge at her in her peripheral vision. She pulls the trigger as she hits the ground. When she lands, her head lands on a rock. Everything goes black.

I wake up in the room with Emily sitting on the windowsill, and I see Sam walk in. I sit up and fall back down. I have a bad pain in my head. While I'm holding my head, Emily walks to Sam, and they look at me.

"You need to leave. We tried to let you stay here, but after finding out what you and your family are, and after you attacking Seth like that, we can't let you stay here anymore. If Paul didn't tackle you, you would've killed Seth." Sam starts. I nod my head, letting them know I heard them.

"Much to Sam's dismay, though. I put some money and left over muffins in your duffle bag. Jacob Black will drive you into town and drop you off in town. But that's it." Emily says with a hint of worry in her voice.

"I'm sorry. I'm not gonna beg you to let me stay. So I'll be going. I say as I jump out of bed and grab my things. As we are making our way downstairs, I see some of the boys and a very angry Leah. She 2alks up to me.

"If you had killed him, you wouldn't be here." She says, getting in my face. I'm unfazed by this. The number of times I've pissed off dad and Dean, they got in my face like this. I nod my head and walk out. I see a boy in a truck, and I get in. I lean my head on the window, and it starts to rain. I see Emily on the porch with Sam behind her. She's waving, and I wave back.

"Why did you do it?" Jacob asks. I shrug my shoulders.

"Instinct, I guess. Always been taught if it ain't human kill it." I respond he hums in disapproval. We get to town, and he drops me off at a diner. I walk in with my bags and sit at a table. I rummage through my bags when a waitress comes up to me.

"What would you like, dear?" She asks with a sweet tone.

"Cake and a root bear, please." I smile. I gathered all the cash I have from Emily and from what I stole from dean.emily gave me a hundred, and I stole a twenty and a fifty from Dean. The lady brings me my stuff.

"Don't worry about paying dear. I got you." She says, and she does a quick wink. [NOT in a pervy way] I smile and eat my cake. I see the sheriff and Bella walk in. They are in their own little world before the waitress comes back to me.

"Do you have any family, dear?" She asks. I shake my head no. She hums.

"Is there anywhere nearby an eighteen year old can stay?" I ask. She smiles and continues to tell me there's a small apartment complex not too far from here. I get done, thank her, and make my way to the place. I get there, ane it's not too shabby, but not necessarily the best place. I walk in and ask for info on the place. The lady tells me that younger than eighteen needs an adult older than eighteen can love by themselves. I lie again and tell her I'm eighteen. I filled out some forms. I put Emily's number for emergency contact. She leads me to the apartment, and it's not too big, but it's too small.

"You will need to pay rent every month, doesn't matter when. You get three warnings, then you're out. No smoking, no parties, no large animals. Birds, cats, small dogs, and fish are fine. Any questions, just call the main office." She says. She's clearly been smoking for a long time with the way her voice sounds.

She leaves me, and I go through the house doing my stuff. Salt on windows and doors. I saw a rig, and I put a demons trap under it. I put an angel and demon trap on the roof. I'll fix it tomorrow, considering it's Saturday. I change into some sleepwear and throw myself on the mattress.

----Next day------

I wake up and get to work. I open some windows to get fresh air. I clean the whole place before organizing and rearranging everything. I done cleaning and get dressed so I can go into town and see if they have a thrift store and a second-hand store.

I go down to the main lobby after locking the apartment. I see the same lady from last night at the desk. I think she just woke up. She's in her night gown, with hot pink rollers still in. I go up to her.

"Are there any thrift stores or second-hand stores around here?" I ask. She looks up at me, huffs, then goes in the back. She comes back with a small map of forks, and it includes La push in it. I grab it and thank her.

  I head out and down the street when a car pulls up beside me. There's that weird calmness again.

  "Where you headed?" A familiar feminine voice asks. I turn to see Alice and Jasper in the car.

  "Wanna shop with us?" She asks.

  "Sorry. Can't looking for stuff for my apartment." I reply. I go to walk off.

  "We can help!" She calls out. I give in and get in the back seat.

  "So where are you originally from?" She asks

  "Uhm Lawrence, Kansas," I reply. She hums.

  "How old are you?" She asks, looking in the rear view mirror.

  "Sixteen." I say.

  "We are here!" She says, pulling into a mini outlet mall. I get out and go to the cheapest looking stores. I go into an antique store, and I find some stuff for the apartment. I buy it and go to the next stores.

  After a while, I go to meet up with Alice and Jasper because they are my ride here,but I need help with something else.

  "Can you guys help me with something?" I ask. Right now, we are putting the bags in Alice's trunk.

  "Sure, what is it?" She asks, turning to me. I tell them that I need a desk and a bed frame. I ask nervously. Alice smiles and continues to tell me she'll buy it as her adoptive dad is rich. We go to a second-hand furniture store per my request. We get everything, and we head to my place.

  We get there, and Jasper and Alice help me bring everything up. We get up there, and they help me set up my place. When we get done, we sit on the floor of what's supposed to be the living room. We sat talking. We all were chilling when I heard a thump in my bedroom. We all get up, and Jasper and Alice push me behind them in a protective manor. We get in there, and we see Castiel?
