I walked down the empty street, the soft sound of my steps were loud and echoed all around me. The sky was dark and the bricks on several buildings were waring off.  I didn't know where I was going, but I kept walking.

Until I saw a figure. It started stepping closer to me, so I backed away and turned around. But there was another figure, dark and tall, blood red eyes. I tried to jump over the fence that was separating the long infinite road from the forest, until I heard laughter behind me.

I brought my hands up to my ears, blocking off the sounds.

I screamed when two pairs of hands grabbed my legs.I turned around to see two faces, dragging me into a dark lake.

Then they threw me in it.

----

I opened my eyes quickly as I awoke from my dark dream, my head pouncing with fear. I looked to my left and soon calmed down when I saw the  figure beside me.

"Good morning Andrea, how are you?" Michael asked me groggily.

I sat up and smiled at him.

"Im alright." I told him faintly.

I watched him as he sat up as well and fixed his hair. He turned to me before speaking.

"Was that a nightmare you were having?" He asked me after a moment of morning silence. "Your breathing was uneven. I was worried."

I nodded slightly as I felt a warm feeling inside me. He actually cared, he has been showing it recently.

I looked back at him as he nodded, understanding.

"do you want to talk to me about it?" He asked as he scooted closer to me, but backed away almost too quickly.

I shacked my head slowly."Its not important." I sighed, a little disappointed by his actions.

He nodded once again.

"Michael"

"Yeah?"

"Thank you" I spoke as I scooted closer to him and hugged  him tightly.

"I really needed the support you gave me." I told him as I took in his fresh cologne again.

"It really wasn't anything, Andrea." He told me warmly.

I lifted my head and looked up at Michael, finding him already staring.

"It doesn't feel like I met you yesterday" I laughed as I looked into his deep grayish greenish eyes.

"Mhm.." He hummed softly.

"You really aren't a serial killer or a raper" I laughed jokingly, but he seemed surprised.

"I would never hurt you" He spoke almost a bit too seriously, which made the smile on my face fade as I looked deeply into his eyes.

He broke the eye contact after a moment and smiled.

"Do you want to go somewhere today?" He asked me as he got up from the bed.

"Where?" I replied, confused as I also got up from my messy bed.

"Just wait and see" He told me as he grabbed his leather jacket and walked out of my room, allowing me to get ready

I nodded as I pulled on a pair of ripped jeans and grabbed my ripped dark green green day shirt and threw it over my head.

I pulled my hair into a messy bun and applied a little amount of makeup before I ran out the door to meet with Michael.

"Lets go." He told me as he grabbed my hand.

We both walked out the door, leaving me speechless at how close to him I felt.
