Taekjoo ran down the halls of the building, trying not to be late to class, but he couldn't help himself from wondering what that stack of money was about.
When he finally arrived at his class, he was a little late, but it wasn't that big of a deal. He sat down at his desk, and took out his notebook and a pen. He was going to write something, when he noticed someone else's presence. (Not Zhenya, sorry pookies 😞)
Taekjoo saw a shadow and looked up, his eyes met with one of his friends, Olivia.

"Hey!!"
She excitedly waved at him.

"Hi."
He smiled softly,

"Mind if I sit here?"

"Go ahead."
He gestured for her to take a seat next to him.

She sat down next to him, hanging her backpack in the back of her chair.

"Anything new?"
She rested her hand in her hand,

"Not really."
He looked at her, she smiled softly.

"You?"

"Nothing."
She shook her head and took out her notebook for her backpack.

"Actually something did happen-"

But before Taekjoo could finish his sentence, the teacher walked in. The whole class went silent.

"I'll tell you after class."
He whispered,

She smiled and nodded.

It was the end of class, everyone was getting ready to leave and get to their next one. Olivia was sitting on her desk, waiting for Taekjoo to gather his things.
Taekjoo zipped up his backpack and put it on his shoulder, standing up again. Olivia also stood up,

"Okay, tell me what happened now!!"

"Okay, okay."
Taekjoo smiled.

"Do you have any idea what he is up to?"
Olivia took the lollipop out of her mouth,

Taekjoo shook his head
"Nope. Just that it has to do with money."

"Ooh! Maybe he's paying the teacher or something!"
Olivia looked up at him.

(She's onto something ngl)

Taekjoo chuckled and shook his head again,
"Haha, no, I don't think so."

"You might not think so, but it's definitely a possibility."
She shrugged and put the lollipop back in her mouth.
"Here's my class, see you later."
She waved and left.

Taekjoo continued to walk to his next class, but what Olivia said was on his mind. Maybe Zhenya was paying off the teachers, but why would that be? Probably so he gets a higher grade... yeah. That's definitely it. No wonder he always gets to class late and never does his work, he doesn't have to worry about it because he's paying off the teachers?!!

Taekjoo was 90% sure that this was what was happening, but he didn't know where to go from now. Just go back to his normal life? I mean yeah? There's nothing else to do, sadly.
