This will be where we decide how the Council Account will be run. There are several methods that will put multiple people on this account for it to be fairly run. This assures that everything will be seen and that everything will hopefully be addressed quickly. This also ensures that every pack has a fair chance to have someone running this account. This will, in essence, choose who has the password to the account.
Candidates for who will Maintain the account will be decided in another discussion simply to prevent possible confusion among everyone and those who might come in later.
Option 1: Only one person, elected by the other Alpha's.
Pros: Not complicated, easy to understand, no confusion on who is dealing with who.
Cons: Everything might not be seen, accusations of bias when breaking up fights,
Option 2: Three Alphas, elected by all Alpha's.
Pros: Still not as complicated, fewer people- less confusion than it could be, multiple opinions/personalities.
Cons: Hard to narrow down with choices, possible conflicts of interest, confusing who you're talking to
Option 3: Three packs, elected by Alpha's- this puts up to 6 people in there (2 from each pack).
Pros: More vareity- meaning more personality, more opinions, more widespread
Cons: Confusing, more vulnerable account, possibility of in-fighting between those with the account password, possible pack ego inflation
Option 4: Seven Alphas, elected by all the Alphas- not individual packs but could be both Alphas from a certain pack.
Pros: Widespread, every pack gets a chance, more opinions- less chance for bias, possibility for best candidates to get in- regardless of their pack, no chance for pack ego inflation because this is not linked to a specifc pack.
Cons: Lots of people, confusing, in-fighting, vulnerable password.
