Alright, due to the amount of positive votes in favor of option four, we will be electing a Seven Member council. Before I get into the guidelines of this, I do wish to cover this: The Council holds no power over anyone else and holds no control over any pack except their original. This is not for the regulation or ruling of the packs, but rather to ensure that this account is kept unbiased, safe, and peaceful
The only time that the council has any form of power, is in the extreme event that a pack must be removed from the council. If this is the case, the council must vote. In most cases, there will be no way for a pack to be removed but in extreme cases ( where there have been complaints against them by other pack leaders and there have been constant problems with deragatory attacks as well as starting fights), there is a possibility for removal. This is the only case where the council will hold any power.
In most cases, the council will only be in charge of maintaining the council account. This is to ensure there is no bias in our postings, no one's opinion is smothered, and that no one is ignored. This also prevents false accusations against others. So therefore, we cannot control your packs but rather, we will be here to serve you. If at any point someone believes a Council Member is no longer fit, it may be brought to a vote again to remove them and bring in someone new. Now on to the guidelines.
Guidelines:
1. Please do not pick yourself. I'm sorry but this is just spelling for trouble.
2. Do not choose your mate- this is to prevent favoritism. You can only choose your mate if you have tangible proof that they're worthy of the position. (EDIT: Try to avoid pick others from your pack as well. I failed to realize there were so many packs with more than two Alpha's/Luna's. This is done so one person can't further their pack, but I will not reject previous votes.)
3. Only choose from the supporters of the council.
Other than that? Anything goes. I would prefer a brief explanation of your choices but that is up to you. All you need to do is pick up to seven people that you wish to be on the council. Everyone has 28 points to give but the highest any one person can give is 7. I would ask that you list them in order from your number one choice to your number 7 choice- the points given next to their names. The points will be tallied on a weekly basis and posted below this message until everyones votes are in. You do not have to pick a total of seven people and you do not have to use all the points. This can be added to up until the point where votes are not longer being taken.
PLEASE NOTE: Each Alpha of each Pack can send in their votes once. Meaning every Alpha's voice counts.
