Emma's heart raced as she stood outside the hotel room door. She had been emailing with Jordan for months, and tonight was the night they would finally meet in person. But as she raised her hand to knock, the door swung open, revealing a face she hadn't expected.

"Mr. Colby?" Emma stammered, her eyes wide with shock. The man before her was her mother's former teacher from Degrassi High. He looked older now, but the intensity in his eyes was unmistakable.

"Emma," he said, his voice low and dangerous. "I've been waiting for you."

Inside the dimly lit hotel room, Mr. Colby circled Emma like a predator. She backed away, her mind racing. How had this happened? She had thought she was meeting Jordan, the environmental activist. Instead, she found herself trapped with her mother's former teacher.

"Why?" Emma's voice trembled. "Why are you doing this?"

Mr. Colby's lips twisted into a cruel smile. "You're not the first student I've seduced," he said. "And you won't be the last."

Emma's heart pounded. She had to get out of here. But the door was blocked, and her phone was in her bag across the room. She glanced at the window, considering her escape.

Meanwhile, at the Degrassi High reunion downstairs, Spike and Snake were catching up with old friends. They had both moved on from their teenage years, but the memories of their time at Degrassi lingered. When Spike received an urgent text from Emma, her instincts kicked in.

"Something's wrong," she told Snake. "I have to go."

Together, they rushed up the stairs, following the address Emma had sent. As they reached the hotel room, they heard raised voices from inside.

Emma's desperation grew. She had to stall Mr. Colby until help arrived. "Why?" she asked again. "Why did you become a teacher if this is what you wanted?"

Mr. Colby's eyes flickered. "Power," he said. "Control. And the thrill of breaking young hearts."

Just then, the door burst open. Spike and Snake stood there, their faces determined. "Get away from her," Snake growled.

The confrontation was intense. Spike and Snake fought to protect Emma, while Mr. Colby tried to escape. In the chaos, Emma's emotions swirled—fear, anger, and relief all at once. She had been saved, but the scars would remain.

As the police led Mr. Colby away, Emma clung to her mother. "I'm sorry," she whispered. "I thought I was meeting Jordan."

Spike hugged her tightly. "It's not your fault," she said. "We'll get through this together."

And as the hotel room emptied, Emma realized that sometimes heroes came from unexpected places—even from the past.
