Awkward...

So today was really awkward.

I was walking home and I have to go through these black gates to get out of an estate. I walked out and went to turn into my road when Candice, Aubrey and Alex walked up to me.

Candice and Aubrey came up to me and hugged me because we were friends now.

"Hey Ashley!" They said.

Then Candice turned around and said,

"Hey Alex, here's your chance to hug Ashley. Come on you know you want to!"

He just turned away and I just walked home from there. Well that was awkward...

Next day

I walked into school and went up to my friends, I told them everything and they said that he might like me or something. I seriously doubt that though.

They kept on telling me that he was just too shy to talk to me because he was afraid of messing everything up, because he liked me so much.

I didn't listen to them because I was convinced that he liked someone else... Candice...
