In Eshen and Eflya Kingdom prior before pamphlet's report to their monarchs
8 in the night[1] is not too night for those people. Those people used to end their activities at 9. So this time they still have 1 more hour before their time to sleep.
In this world there are always Valkyrians who live outside their own country. They can be a tourists (but faking their real origins), or even a spies.
Every Valkyrians always have a communication tool to their own country. And Valkyrians in Eshen and Eflya Kingdom got a message from Valkyrians in their continent that they want to drop a pamphlets containing a war warning to those countries by pamphlet bombers.
Honestly, Valkyrians that are outside their country also happy hearing the "Conquer The World Arc" from Her Imperial Majesty. But they can't celebrate such thing in the public because afraid they will be stamped as mad people (except in their own building).
After the pamphlet bombers entering the respective capital city, Valkyrians in Eshen and Eflya Kingdom are acting like innocent people who happened to look up at the sky and seeing that "strange flying thing" and telling the people to also look up at the sky in order to make public commotion.
On Eshen side
Valkyrians: "Hey, everyone! Look up at the sky! What is that!?"
Eshenians: "Ha? Above?" Look above.
Eshenians: "WHAT!!! WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT THING!!!???"
Eshenian: "Is that a bird just now?" The pamphlet bomber still pass over them because that is not the place to drop the pamphlets.
Valkyrian: "I dunno. Maybe?"
Eshenian: "But, what bird is that!?"
Valkyrian: "Burung gagak mungkin?" Grinning.
Eshenian: "Ha!? Crow?" Annoyed.
On Eflya side
Valkyrians: "People! Look above! There is something flying in the sky!"
Eflyans: "What is it?" Look above.
Eflyans: "WHAT IS THAT THING!!!???"
Eflyan: "What kind of bird is that!?"
Valkyrian: "Dunno, man. Burung puyuh paling?" Grinning.
Eflyan: "Ha!? Quail?" Annoyed.
And then the pamphlet bombers drop the pamphlets at their respective destination.
On Eshen side
Ehenians: "THEY DROP SOMETHING!!! WATCH OUT!!!"
Valkyrians: "Eh... They just drop a papers!"
Eshenians: "P-Papers!?"
And then they begin to take the paper.
Eshenians: "What a good quality paper! Let me read it first."
Then...
Eshenians: "..." Poker face.

On Eflya side
