Mia Hataru's day had started like any other. She left school, her mind preoccupied with thoughts of homework and her favorite anime, Macross Delta. As she crossed the street, she barely noticed the truck speeding toward her until it was too late. A blinding pain, then darkness.

Mia awoke to find herself in a world straight out of her favorite anime, Macross Delta. The year was 2067, a time when humanity had spread across the stars following the devastation of the first Space War. As she glanced at the calendar, memories flooded back of the struggles against the Vajra, eight years prior.

In this new era, mankind had established colonies on various planets and forged alliances with alien races. However, a new threat loomed in the Brisingr Globular Cluster - Var Syndrome, a mysterious illness that induced uncontrollable aggression in its victims through abnormal fold waves.

To combat this menace, the Idol Singergroup Walkure emerged, using the power of song to neutralize the dangerous fold waves. Alongside them, the Delta Squadron served as their escort combat unit, defending against the onslaught of Var Syndrome.

Turning to the mirror, Mia caught sight of her reflection. Long black hair cascaded down her shoulders with purple under her hair, complementing her vibrant purple eyes. In that moment, she felt a connection to the characters she admired, a sense of belonging in this captivating universe., she was in a sleek, futuristic room with an unfamiliar scent-like a mix of machinery and flowers.

"Who... What is this?" she whispered, touching her face in disbelief.

As the cool, metallic scent of the room washed over me, the stark realization of my new reality began to set in. My reflection was foreign, older, and yet oddly familiar-a creation of my own mind made real. I'm Luna Aurelia now, I thought, a mix of excitement and fear simmering within me.

Grasping the edges of the unfamiliar bed I found myself in, I took deep breaths, trying to calm the storm of panic. This isn't just any anime; this is Macross Delta, a world of music, combat, and vibrant characters. Remembering each episode in vivid detail, I started to plan. I'll need to blend in, find my place here. Maybe I can even change some things for the better.

Walking to the window, I looked out over the sprawling cityscape, its towering structures gleaming under two suns. This is your stage now, Luna. Time to perform.

Hayate pov:

As the cargo transport ship approached the industrial port of Al Shahal, the crew scrambled to locate the stowaway, Freyja Wion. Meanwhile, dock worker Hayate Immelmann found himself in hot water as his boss fired him for slacking off on the job.

As Hayate's last day of work unfolded, he decided to make the most of it. Climbing into his Workroid, he began to unload cargo containers with flair, performing fancy dance moves to the rhythm of the music blaring from his headset.

Unbeknownst to Hayate, Freyja had hidden herself in an apple container, desperate to escape an unwanted marriage and hunger gnawing at her stomach. As she started singing along with the music, her voice caught Hayate's attention. Curious, he opened the container and found the young girl inside.

Seeing her tear-stained face, Hayate's heart softened. Freyja poured out her story, explaining her desire to audition for Walkure on planet Ragna to escape her fate and pursue her passion for singing. Despite being 30 light years away from her destination, Freyja remained determined to reach Ragna and join Walkure.

Hayate couldn't understand her determination, dismissing her dreams as foolish. He warned her that she wouldn't make it, but Freyja refused to back down, insisting that singing made her feel alive.

Their conversation was cut short by the arrival of a small drone, prompting Freyja to flee into the crowded streets of Al Shahal. Despite her efforts to blend in, the ship crew quickly caught up to her, intensifying the chase.

Amidst the chaos, Freyja heard a woman humming a familiar tune. Intrigued, she followed the sound, hoping for a moment of respite from the pursuit.

Hovering above the city in my VF-31, I could see the entirety of Ragna spread out below me like a vibrant patchwork quilt. Today's patrol was quiet, the skies clear and peaceful. It gave me too much time to think-about the war, about my friends, and about the sudden arrival of Luna, the newest member of Walküre.

They said she was a prodigy, picked up from obscurity for her unique voice and charisma. Another star to light up the stage, I mused, curious about her. Everyone seemed impressed, but I was skeptical. Walküre wasn't just a team; it was a family. Could she truly fit in with us?

I pulled my jet into a lazy spiral, the engines humming soothingly. Guess I'll find out soon enough at the base. I hope she's ready for what's to come. Everyone thinks they know what they're signing up for... until the real battle begins.
