Chapter 4

Liv's POV

"Shoot what time is it?" I ask Chris because I left my phone at home. "It's almost 5 why?" My eyes widen "Um I have to go I'm sorry. I'll see you later! Bye I love you." I say as I kiss his cheek not thinking about what I just did or said. I rush home and I see Jesse already ready for the party. "What took you so long?" He says in a cold tone and doesn't even look at me. "I was just with Chris" I say and Jesse just hums in return. I go to my room to go pick out an outfit. I pick some green because that's my favorite color of all time.

(Her outfit)
I'm feeling pretty good about this. I go downstairs to go meet Jesse even though he still might be mad at me. But when I walk down I see him in in a nice white top, gray pants and a black belt.

(Jesse's outfit)
"Finally we can go" he says and I roll my eyes at him. "Whatever"

*time skip, at the party*

I look for Izzy, my best friend, but when I find her I see that she is busy with Jesse. So I go look for Alex. I see him talking to some of his friends and I don't want to bother them so I go upstairs to the balcony. I stand there with my arms resting on the bar, looking at the sunset. "I thought you would be here princess" I turn around and see William right behind me. "What are you doing here?" I ask "because Alex invited me why else?" He says, obviously lying "I know he didn't invite you, so what are you doing here?" I ask a little annoyed "because I can be here princess okay." He says sounding angry "just go away, back with her" I say "Nah I'm good. I just want you..." Willam says as he puts his hands on my waist. I push them off and say "Don't touch me you bastard." And I walk, well run away from him and out the house. Axel tries to stop me but I just ignore him. When I'm outside I start to walk home and text Jesse that I was leaving the party.

Chan's POV

I'm on my usual walk with Berry(my dog) I see a figure walking in the dark. I shrug it off until a see a man walk out of the house and go up the to girl. He starts to put his hand on her and she fights back. "I SAID LEAVE ME ALONE!!" Wait I recognize that voice. She said she was coming to a party...I run up to them and push the man. "Leave her alone" I say a bit mad. I look to see that it was Eli getting touched and the same man from earlier was touching her. "Aw look your pathetic boyfriend has to come and save you huh? THAT COULD HAVE BEEN ME LILI!" He yells. I can feel Eli holding onto my jacket tightly. "Go away jerk and leave me and my girlfriend alone" I say and see Jesse and a few other people walk out the house to see what was going on. He(William) looks around and says "Fine but she won't always be this lucky" and walks away. I feel Eli hug me tight and start to cry a little bit. "Hey why are you crying?..." I ask feeling hurt to see her cry. "T-thank you...thank you so much" she says while crying. I smile and kisses her forehead. "Anytime" I can see her smile just a bit when I did that. "I KNEW IT!" I turn to see that it was Jesse yelling that. Why would he say that? I question myself. He walks up to us and I get a little nervous "I knew you two were a thing." He said proudly. "No we aren't Jess" I hear Eli say. "But why baby?" I pout. I can see her turn red after I called her that. "Yeah sure you guys aren't together." Jesse says sarcastically. I can see that Eli is beyond red and she isn't making eye contact with me. "W-whatever Jesse" She says and I giggle a bit when she stuttered.

Liv's POV

I am super embarrassed. I want to tell Chris how I feel but...I'm not sure. I just met him. "I'm going home now." I say because of how embarrassed I am and because I don't like parties. As I'm walking away I feel someone grab my arm...I thought it was William again but when I turn around I see Chris holding my arm. "Let me take you home. Please" My god...he looked so cute, like how could I say no to him? "Okay. T-thank you" I say as my cheek turn warm. "You guys should just get together already" I hear Izzy say. "Really Iz? Let's just go Chris." I hold his hand and start walking somewhere. I look at him and I see him smile. God that's so cute. I realize I was staring at him too long because he had to shake me to get me out of my trance. "Come on my car is parked over here" He takes my hand and leads me over there. Once we are in his car he puts his dog in the back and opens the passenger door for me. "Here you go" He says with a sweet smile "Thank you" I get in the car and Chris runs to the other side and gets in. I was looking out the window in the sky u til Chris cleared his throat that caught my attention. "So Eli, random question. Do you like anyone?" He asks and my face turns red "ummm why do you ask?" I say trying to keep my cool. "I was just wondering. So do you like any one?" He asks again. "Yeah I do" I say a little shy. "Oh who is it?" Chris asks "I'm not telling you" I say trying not to make eye contact. "Please Eli I'm begging you." He says while looking at me with puppy eyes(they are at a red light so don't worry) I'm probably a red tomato by now. "No in not telling you" I say trying to stand my ground "okay..." Chris says a little sad before he says something else we arrive at my house. I get out the car and say "thank you babe I love you" I blow him a kiss and run quickly inside. Once I'm inside I go to my room and open my phone.

After I sent that I shut my phone and went to the kitchen. I didn't know what Chris said or even if he liked me back at all. When I'm in the kitchen I get out some strawberries for a little snack and wash them then put them in a bowl. After I was don't washing them I heard a knock on the door, I thought it was Jesse so I went to open it. But once I opened it I immediately regretted opening the door.
