Re-joining 'The Odd One Out' team, they had triumphed over most of the infected, carefully not harming them as they were still their own people. The captives were secured in the vast dungeon beneath the Prince of Evil's realm. March 7th had an aversion to the area, with its black walls and only the dim light of old-fashioned torches.
"Its so creepy here...is the rest of the Kingdom like this?" March 7th asks, her high pitched tone disturbing the silence in the room.
"Luckily for you, no." Silver Wolf speaks, offering to clean the blood from Kafka's coat because Kafka promised to get her some items from the game she plays.
"They should be done by now right? So why are the people still...uhm.. violent?" With a sceptical tone, Himeko surveys the injured individuals in the cells.
"It is a stellaron after all so it will take some time, just wait." Kafka reassures in a not so light tone, throwing her coat back onto her shoulders and giving Silver Wolf her phone back.
"Yes but normally missions like these get done quickly if Sir Dan Heng is in charge." Himeko butts in again, folding her arms
"What if they got into trouble and we cant save them?" Stelle asks, looking over at March 7th.
"That's highly improbable; they're formidable, more so than any of us. That's the reason they were tasked with sealing the Stellaron," Welt states confidently. "Given that it's a Stellaron, it's probably difficult to locate, even for them. All that's left for us is to wait, as our part is complete."
Meanwhile, back with the Princes...
"Eugh.. what happened?" Dan Heng mutters to himself as he stands and surveys his surroundings once again. Instead of the bright, white padded room, he finds himself outside, far from any village or kingdom.
He looks up and sees Blade clutching his chest before lowering himself up and sighing. "You're awake? Finally. You were out for some time. Seems like that little split up trick worked. But now we're lost." Blade speaks in a harsher tone than usual, glancing at the man on the floor with dark, cold eyes that make the hair on The Prince of Good's neck stand up.
"Damn, sorry. at least we aren't in that weird maze thing anymore. where are we now though?" Dan Heng asks, standing up and dusting his clothes to get any dirt off, all the while ignoring Blade's harsher tone.
"Does it look like I'm a bloody GPS!?.. lord.. I don't know where we are and its your fault we got lost!" Blade yells, gritting his teeth at the other as Dan Heng's eyes widen before they slowly grow cold.
"...Chill. Sorry." He mutters, looking away
"Just.. come on and stop wasting time." Blade orders, walking off. Dan Heng sighs and follows behind him, still bothered by how blade yelled at him.
"Where are we going?" He asks, not making eye contact
"Looking for the Stellaron, obviously. And no, we aren't splitting up this time so you're going to have to deal with me." Blade barks, his boots stomping on the soil. Dan Heng just remained silent, slowly following beside him, not knowing where they were going.
