Dooku was just tired and frustrated with the Jedi Council, yet again they refused to help a village that pleaded with them to help them in need, it simply would just go against the views and wishes of the republic. The council would not want that.
Dooku wondered how his former Padawan Qui-Gon Jinn put up with the council. Qui-Gon's actions always irritated the council because it clashed with their own wishes.
Dooku thoughts drifted from thinking about the council to his former second apprentice, Noah Shan. Dooku last heard from him was from a week ago when he was ranting about the Jedi Council again. Dooku and Qui-Gon were the only Jedi in the order to know that Noah broke the Jedi code to be with his wife, Naomi Grace. For some reason Noah stopped contacting both him and Qui-Gon for some unknown reason, their was also a disturbance in the force on the planet Essun, the planet Noah and Naomi and their 4 month old son Dylan lived.
Dooku talked to the council about it and also requested permission to travel to Essun to investigate the disturbance, but the council refused, as usual.
Dooku walked into his room and closed the door, he sighed as he went over to his table and picked up his commlink. He wanted to try and contact Noah again, just to make sure he is okay. Pressing a few buttons he started to call Noah. He anxiously waited for a good 20 seconds before it went to voicemail.
Dooku groaned in annoyance and hung up before the voice message finished. He was growing worried for Noah and Naomi, he knew they could take care of themselves but this is becoming more worrisome by the minute.
Dooku was becoming more and more worried for his former second Padawan, he was not answering his calls and there was a disturbance in the force that was coming from the planet Essun that Noah and Naomi also live on! Right there and then Dooku gave up on the council helping out, Dooku walked straight out of his room and marched straight towards the hanger where his ship resides.
"Dooku." a voiced said out of the blue making Dooku halt in his march towards the hanger, Dooku looked to the other hallway and saw his first Padawan, Qui-Gon Jinn walking towards him. "Are you alright? You seem to be in a rush." Qui-Gon said concerned.
