After the pleasurable night, Cameron was somewhat unsure that Callie still loved him. One thing that still drove Cameron nuts though was the way Callie dismissed him in conversation the night before. He laid in his bed, thinking about it all. Voices in his head took over.

"She just dismissed you like you were nothing." was the main thought that kept running over and over in his head.

"Cameron?" Callie awoke groggily, laying on her side.

"Callie...Do you love me??" Cameron groaned helplessly.

"Cameron, for fuck's sake, I love you. Would you think what we did last night was just an act made by me to make sure you still cared for me?"

"...Yes actually."

Callie groaned. "Well look. I love you, alright? How can I make it clear that I love you?"

"The vision...it told me-"

"The vision wasn't right this time! I think that vision was just your anxiety taking over."

I stop. No. My visions were always right.

"But my visions are always right.."

"Are we going to spend the day talking about how you think I don't love you?"

Cameron's emotionless face didn't contort with anxiety, sadness, or even anger. It just rested.

"Perhaps we are."

"Would it make you feel better if I just..I don't know... uh... went out with another man?"

"NO!" Cameron's face contorted with anger this time. "Are you nuts?!"

"Sorry, but you're kinda insisting on me not loving you. I can show you what not to be loved looks like if that's what you really want."

"Callie, I beg of you, don't go out with another man. I'm your man. I'm your husband. I'm everything to you as you are to me...right?"

Callie got quiet. "I sure to god hope so."

"Wh- What the fuck is that supposed to mean?!"

"God, Cameron, it means I'm sick of you having trust issues with me. Name a time I broke your trust. Seriously."

Cameron thinks. As he is thinking, he is about to spit out an answer, but stops himself, thinking again.

"Yeah. That's right. Never."

"There has to be a time where you did-"

"But there isn't! I've been loyal to you since I left Ryan! Hell, even before Ryan, I had the hots for you! This isn't the first time you've questioned our love and I'm really starting to get sick of it."

"Callie, you've got to understand that this stems from a poor family dynamic in my household when I was only a teen."

"I understand you had bad experiences with your mom, but you have to understand that my love for you isn't going to die. It doesn't work like that." Callie breathes. She then smirks, thinking of something. She gets up from the bed, poking Cameron. "Never gonna give you up..."

"No! Not that song!"

"I can't sing the rest because the song is copyrighted." Callie looks at the camera.

"HEY! No breaking the fourth wall! That's your first warning." Says Loreleii, the author.
