As Alex and Maya sped away from the Nova Branding building, they knew they had to act fast. Julian's rage and desperation would only intensify, and they needed a plan to stay one step ahead. Maya pulled out her phone and dialed a number, her fingers trembling with urgency. "Jim, it's Maya. I need your help."

The voice on the other end was gruff but warm. "Maya, long time no see. What's going on?"

Maya took a deep breath, her words spilling out like a dam breaking. "It's about Nova Branding, Jim. They're involved in some shady dealings, and Alex here has evidence that could bring them down."

There was a pause, and then Jim's voice turned sharp. "What kind of evidence?"

Jim's tone turned thoughtful. "I see. And what makes you think Nova Branding will stop at nothing to silence you?"

Alex's eyes met Maya's, and she knew they were thinking the same thing. "Because they've already tried to kill me once, Jim. And I know they won't hesitate to do it again."

There was a pause, and then Jim's voice turned firm. "Alright, I'm in. Where do you need me to meet you?"

Maya's face lit up with relief. "We're on our way to a safe house now. Can you meet us there in an hour?"

Jim's response was curt. "I'll be there. And Maya?"

"Yes?"

"Bring everything you have on Nova Branding. We're going to take them down, once and for all."
