St. Judas

6pm

I only had an hour left of work , and God I was so happy.

After today I'd be on vacation for the next six weeks and regardless of me not having any plans, I was still excited.

"Girl where'd you get that vintage bracelet from? Is it real?" Alyssa our receptionist asked questioning me about the gift Kris brought to my promotion.

"I actually got it as a gift and yes I believe so." I smiled taking it off handing it to her so she could look at it.

"These things are going for about ten thousand, just for a basic bracelet and yours has diamonds." She boasted bringing attention to me from the other nurses who gawked.

Deciding not to stay in the middle of the room I put it back on and walked back into my office only to see Krish laying on my office furniture.

"Hey girly."

"Hi, gosh I'm so tired Roman had me up all night." She leaned back attempting to go to sleep.

Watching my office door open Sonia walked inside, she was a tech on my floor mysteriously.

"Hey I have a question?" She asked me not even noticing Krish on the couch behind her.

"Yes."

"What made you go for my man?" She walked closer.

"I didn't go for anyone, and you need to leave." I told her pushing her shoulders back.

"Bitch don't touch me!" She said squaring up reminding me to instantly step out of my heels.

"Call me out my name again!" I said walking towards her only to be blocked by Krish.

"Sonia leave!" She hollered looking at me.

Once my office door closed back Krish apologized.

"I'm sorry." She said trying to take the blame off her brother.

"No that's your brothers fault, not yours!" I said putting my heels back on grabbing my purse.

I had to get out of here before I whooped a bitch and lost my job.

Walking into the hallway with Krish I noticed Kris leaning up against the wall  flirting with another nurse, attempting to avoid eye contact with me but I didn't care.
