The Heights

"Kris if you don't get your damn hands off of me." I open hand slapped him watching him snap out of the trance of mind he was in.

"Now you wanna just slap a nigga just because huh?" He asked smirking at me.

"Because you were literally sitting here squeezing me tight still groaning after we just had sex, the hell is wrong with you?" I asked him feeling weirded out.

"Nothing." He smirked finally letting me go.

"Well I'm gonna decorate a little more, I did grab you a few gifts this Christmas but, I don't know if you deserve it." I rolled my eyes at the thought of him leaving here going to have sex with the nearest slut he could find to fully get off.

"You bipolar as hell bro, how you go from fighting a nigga to talking about gifts and shit. You're crazy." He shook his head.

"Whatever Kris." I rolled my eyes walking towards my bedrooms door.

"Yara you wilding mama."

"No Kris, I don't even want to talk about it anymore it's cool."

"Yeah let it stay that way." He said walking out along with me.

Looking around everyone was now gone.

"See I keep sparing you but you keep trying to bring that shit up outta me." He placed his index and middle finger between my eyes.

"Are you fucking crazy, move your damn hands out of my face!" I sassed him.

"Nah but I know how lenient I'm being when it comes to your actions." He walked closer.

"Kris move."

"How you don't want a nigga, but you don't want a nigga out here doing him as a single man?" He questioned me.

"I don't care what you do when you leave me alone Kristopher." I told him.

He loved playing the victim, how are you gonna stalk me and do all of the stuff that you do but expect me to not feel a way?

"Ain't no leave you alone Yara, you're the mother of my son, we're family now." He continued towards the front door.

"Yes there is a leave me alone because I don't need any bad spirits Kris!" I yelled.

"I'll be back alright?" He eyed me before walking outside.

This was just great, exactly what I envisioned my child's first Christmas Eve to be like.

Me decorating my entire living room alone while my child's father went out and made sure his hoes were taken care of before he made it back in for the rest of the week until new years.

Picking up the long blue sparkly garland, I wrapped it around the tree finishing it up finally.

Hearing the door open and close I turned around to only be faced back with Kris and a bunch of gift bags

Hearing the door open and close I turned around to only be faced back with Kris and a bunch of gift bags.

Smirking I wrapped my arms around his neck kissing his cheek, maybe I was being a little too hard on him and I overreacted.

"Where you want me to put these mama?" He smiled looking back at the door where I assumed he had more waiting outside.

"You can put them on the side of the tree so the train won't run them over, do you have more?" I asked walking towards the front door.

"WOOOAH!" He scurried in front of me blocking the door.

"Kris what's wrong?" I asked him peeping my head around him only to see Honey.

Instantly I decked him in the mouth.

"My fucking home Kris, where our son lays his head and you invite your whore?" I asked him pushing his shoulders.

"Oh girl please I would never hurt Junior and he knows that." She rolled her eyes dropping off more presents.

Walking back towards the tree I took off the ring and began searching for tags that had my name.

"Yaralynn." Kris sighed before backing away already knowing this shit would be going back with him.

After removing about what was close to around fifty bags from underneath the tree I placed them all by the front door.

"You're still welcomed here to open gifts tomorrow, and even see your son. But your access to me will be no more." I told him firmly and this time I strictly meant business.

"Yeah okay."

"Kris don't make it hard oh my gosh!" I palmed my forehead becoming agitated.

"The fuck you mean don't make this hard when I'm literally only friends with the girl Yara, I LOVE YOU!" He screamed.

"I don't care Kris, please don't make it hard." I told him once more.

Instead of listening he picked up the bags I removed attempting to place them back under the tree.

"I don't want them, give them to her." I folded my arms.

"You're stubborn as shit Yara." He rolled his eyes.

"Good, now leave." I smiled.

"I'm not going anywhere Yara."

"Okay so I'll just go to the courthouse on Tuesday and put fucking restraining order on your ass to show you that I'm not playing!"

"So you'd take my son away from me?" He eyed me.

"I'd never deprive you of time with your child Kristopher and you know that."

"I don't know shit!" He walked towards me aggressively.

"Kris you need to leave!" I backed away quickly but not quick enough.

"What about me Yara, huh?" He cornered me off.

"A nigga been trying to be right for you and the shit is never enough! I'm not fucking nobody but you Yara! I'm trying to make our family work mama, can't you see that?" He asked.

"Kristopher leave."

This right here was my sign to make sure that I went to the courthouse and have him served with a temporary injunction.

"Yara baby girl please I'm sorry damn." He embraced my hips.

"Kris get out before I call the cops."

"Call them."
