Urvi's pov -

" megha did you check the arrangements ?" I asked as i walked into my cabin . She answered " yes mam i double checked them , you can take a look ".
I have asked her not to call me mam but she being stubborn always does this and here i gave a look to her .
She understood what i mean and smiled sheepishly before saying sorry .

"Alright then lets move towards the venue " it was a party in Rajput haveli and they choose our team to organise the event and here we are heading towards the garden in their haveli where the function is going to be held .

Megha grabbed my attention as she said " are you gonna attend the function like this " and checked me out from head to toe . " what's wrong with this outfit , we are not thier family to dressup like one . Its a formal function so i don't mind attending the function like this " yeah they invited us but iam not at all interested to attend the party but to maintain good impression i agreed .

" as you wish " she said . We headed to our garage and settled in one of the cars and drove to the palace .

I was checking the arrangements as rajputs were very rich and successful people and as well as they gave us the opportunity to work for them and it was quite a big deal for me .

Curtains , flower decorations , lights , stage , catering , sound box , entry path , parking facility, everything was arranged perfectly. No doubt megha did a good job and thats the reason i trust her without any doubt with my work . I was going to check whether the balloons are arranged accordingly or not but something cought my attention and I walked towards it .
It was something shining and twinkling in the dark.
I kneeled down and took it into my hand . It was a bracelet may be made of diamond . I stood up and roamed my eyes around but found no one so kept it safely in my pocket attached to my blazer and decided to handover it to mrs.rajput after the function .

After that i made my way towards the place where balloons were being arranged and i helped the workers, yeah being CEO doesn't mean you shouldn't work but only guide your employees but i help them as the work will be done fastly .

After arranging balloons now we are free and everything is in its place to i decided to ask mrs. Rajput to take a look around . I walked towards the main gate of haveli searching for megha on the way but couldn't find her so i let it go thinking she might be busy doing some work.

I entered inside but no one was there so decided to approach a maid and ask them about Mr.rajput as I know ladies need so much time to get ready so didn't disturb mrs.rajput.

" hey excuse me " I called a worker who was ascending the stairs . She came to me and asked me the reason , " I need to discuss about the party with mr.rajput can you please call him " she said " he might be in his study let me take you to him " and asked me to follow her . I followed her as she walked towards a room and said " he might be inside " i knocked on the door . Someone voiced come in and i entered inside .

I turned around after closing the door but the scene i witnessed gave me 440 volt ka jhatka . And i immediately turned around , closing my eyes .

" who the hell are you , don't you have some manners " I yelled due to frustration bubbling inside me .

There stood a man with just a towel wrapped around his waist and openly flexing his well built muscular body but why am i being a part of it. I was here to discuss about party not body .

" oh miss who are you and what are doing here " his cold voice broke my trance making me startle .

" i was here to meet Mr. Rajput,who are you to ask me ? " I answered him .

" who asked you meet me , iam not having any free time to waste upon nonsense things now get out " he spoke rudely.

" who said iam here to meet you , i said Mr. Rajput not Mr.Arrogant so behave yourself " i retorted back.

" Iam the SHIVANSH SINGH RAJPUT , who else are you referring as mr.rajput and how dare you call me arrogant " he said and walked towards me as I could feel his presence just behind me .

I got really nervous and took deep breath to calm my self as i heard about him being ruthless and dangerous. " I was here to meet Mr.vikas singh rajput to discuss about the party arrangements " I calmly replied not wanting to anger him more as i already pissed him by calling him arrogant .

" he is not here now get out " he said and i took my chance and hurriedly went out .

I took a sigh of relief after that small stunt and decided to wait in living until someone comes out . I sat on one of the couches and scrolled through my phone . Its been a while since i was waiting but no one came , suddenly i felt a presence behind me , I turned around but found no one, i shrugged and again turned to previous position as soon as I turned i flinched hard due to sudden appearance of a big body close to me pointing a gun on my head .

I slowly lifted my head upward and saw it was none other than mr.arrogant . I kept my hand on my chest near my heart and took few breaths to calm my self .

After composing myself I glared at him because just before a while I told him i was here to discuss about the arrangements and here he was pointing a gun on me .

He glared back at me and put his gun back in gun holder .
I had enough of this man and spoke a bit louder as i was hell a angry " why the hell you are so bent to kill me today , I just said the reason behind my presence and here what's your problem "

He stared at me for few seconds , took few steps back and sat on the couch as if i was not even existing.
I followed his act and took my seat.

After what felt like eternity mrs.rathor's voice came from my behind . I took a sigh of relief and stood up to greet her . She gave me a genuine smile and asked me " what happened beta , is there any problem "
She was so good and calm always giving me positive vibes , upon listening to the word problem i glaced at that arrogant man anf found him giving questioning look to his mother .

" mam i was just waiting for you , arrangements of the party have been done accordingly. So i was here to inform you the same " i informed her.

" ok beta you go get ready , maid will show you the guest room " she said to me . Upon hearing her I quickly shook my head in denial and said " iam fine mam , i was just leaving as the arrangements have been done "

She glared at me playfully and said " iam not going to listen anything , dont give me any excuses , go to avni's room she will help you with outfit and get ready quickly "

" but- " i tried to refuse but she cut me off by placing her hand on my head and caressed my hair and said " I insist beta please "

And then now i can't refuse her and nodded at her , from corner of my eyes I observed that mr.arrogant was glaring at me . It confused me like what's my fault why glare at me .

Then i left to follow the order given by mrs.rathore that is to get ready .
