Mary Margaret and Dr. Whale are on a date in Granny's Diner.

"Um, where were we? Something about you wanting fifteen kids?" Dr. Whale said, not having really listened.

Mary Margaret looked a bit pale at thought of having fifteen biological kids. She shook her head and explained. "No! Good lord, no. I meant in my class where I teach. You'll meet them tomorrow. They're coming to the hospital as part of the volunteer Outreach Program. "

Dr. Whale nodded, "Oh, yeah. That is a great program. "

" I mean, obviously I don't want fifteen kids of my own. Um, I mean, not that I don't want kids. I do. I want kids, marriage, true love – I want it all. But that of course is... " Mary Margaret awkwardly explained.

Dr. Whale wasn't listening, too busy ogling Ruby, who is clearing a table.

"...Wildly inappropriate for me to discuss on a first date." Mary Margaret ended.

"Hm?" Dr. Whale looked back at Mary Margaret,  wondering what she had been blabbing about this time.

Mary Margaret stared at him for a moment before calling out, "Ruby! "

Ruby was quick to come. "Yes, Mary Margaret? "

"Cheque, please." She asked politely. Why did she ever think that this was a good idea?

Soon after, Mary Margaret is walking down the street. She comes across Rylee, who is on the phone with someone.

The phone call ended and Rylee sighed before sitting down on a nearby bench.

"Hey, are you okay?" Mary Margaret asked causing Rylee to look up at her and give her a smile.

"Oh, I'm fine. Just some issues back home." Rylee answered.

"Where's back home? And if there are issues then why are you still here?" Mary Margaret asked, curious.

"Boston. And I can't just leave. I'm staying for someone." Rylee answered.

"You're Henry's biological mom." Mary Margaret was quick to figure out.

Rylee nodded with a smile. "Yeah, he's a wonderful kid. And don't get me wrong, I love being there for him but my secretary can't run my company forever."

"Have you talked with Regina? She may have some ideas that could help." Mary Margaret suggested and Rylee thought it over before nodding.

"Thank you..." Rylee paused since she didn't know her name.

Mary Margaret blinked before she chuckled. "How rude of me. I'm Mary Margaret Blanchard."

Mary Margaret held out her hand and Rylee shook it as she introduced herself. " Rylee Monroe."

"You look a bit upset." Rylee observed when Mary Margaret sat down next to her.

Mary Margaret gave her an awkward smile.

" Well, I'm a teacher, not a nun. I had a date. " Mary Margaret said and Rylee made an 'oh' face.

"Did he at least pay?" Rylee asked.

Mary Margaret chuckled and that was the only answer Rylee needed.

"Who did you go on a date with?" Rylee questioned.

" Dr. Whale." Mary Margaret said, confused on why Rylee was asking.

"Where was the date?" Rylee continued to question.

Mary Margaret was still confused but she answered nonetheless. "Granny's Diner."

"Think he's still there?" Rylee asked, a smirk on his face that Mary Margaret didn't notice.
