"He woke up and he was delirious and his first instinct was to go find something, I guess." Dr. Whale explained.

Kathryn was quick to ask. "Can I see him? "

Dr. Whale nodded. "Yeah, of course. "

Kathryn goes back into David's room.

Regina held out her hand. "Henry, time to go, you need sleep. Are you coming too, Rylee?"

Rylee shook her head. "I'm going to stay here for a bit." Rylee said.

Regina nodded, and Henry gave her a hug, before the two left.

TIME SKIP

Rylee and Henry are seen walking down the main street.

"So what did you and mom talk about?" Henry asked, his eyes gleaming with curiosity.

Rylee chuckled. "Well, if you're so desperate to know Little Raven..." She trailed off, clearly teasing him.

Henry began to rapidly nod. "I am!"

Rylee laughed and ruffled his hair.

Henry beamed. He loved it when she did that.

"We talked about my company." Rylee told him.

And Henry's beaming smile immediately faded. "You're leaving?" He asked. He lowered his head and tried to ignore the way his eyes stung. "Of course she wouldn't stay. Why would she?" He thought.

Rylee looked at him with wide eyes. "Has he been assuming that I would eventually up and leave him?" Rylee thought. Quickly, she rushed to comfort him.

She crouched down so she would be eye to eye with him and put her hands on his shoulders. "Henry." Her voice was soft. "Please look at me."

Henry looked up at her, holding back tears.

"I'm not going anywhere Henry. I want to be a part of your life but I know I can't leave my company indefinitely. Which is why I talked to Regina. We have a few solutions and I may need to travel to Boston occasionally but I will always come back." Rylee said, trying to make Henry see how genuine she was being.

Henry sniffles. "Promise?"

Rylee smiled and brought the boy into a hug. "I promise Little Raven. And if need be, I'll give my company to someone else."

Henry pulled out of the hug, shocked. "You would do that for me?"

Rylee laughed, "Of course." She said without any hesitation.

"Now, you need to get on the bus. We can talk later." Rylee pointed at the bus coming towards them. "Behave at school!"

Henry nodded before giving Rylee one last hug and getting on the bus.

Rylee smiled as she watched the bus drive away.

And to her surprise, Graham's cop car pulls up next to her, sirens blaring.

"What's up with the siren?" She asked, amused.

Graham shrugged. "I figured it would be a fun way to get your attention."

Rylee laughed. "Well, now you have it. Is there something you need?"

Graham smiled, "I'm thanking you. For your help finding that coma patient. We all owe you a depth of gratitude."

Rylee raised an eyebrow. "Really?" Graham hummed. "Do I get a reward? A commendation? Maybe the key to the city?" Rylee joked.

"Originally, I was going to offer you the job of being my deputy." He informed her.
