"Consider yourself lucky, you'd be dead if I had got there even a moment later." Lucas was spouting nonsense that Athanasia wasn't listening at all, She was tired of his shit and everything while Lucas was munching on chocolate so freely.

"..." Athanasia looked at Lucas with a dumbfounded expression, He was so... Nevermind.

"Seriously, why are these so good? Ask the maid for more when she comes in." Lucas' spoke out with a smile as Athanasia let out a sigh while Lucas kept on blabbering on, Would he ever shut up? Like did he even know how to shut up?

'Why don't you first explain what you're doing here?' Athanasia was about to say something when Ethan busted the door open and walked inside the room, completely ignoring Lucas who waved his hand with a smile, waiting for a greeting but when he didn't get one. He pullss his hand down.

"Hmph, rude much." Lucas scoffed as Ethan threw a glare towards him.

"To those who I do not like." Ethan threw a harsh response back with no patience towards Lucas as he didn't even hesitate to lie or say something else, Lucas gasped at Ethan's words.

"I just saved your sister's life?! How could you be so mean..." Lucas was acting as if he was hurt by what Ethan had said while Ethan sat down next to Athanasia and crossed his arms in front of his chest.

"Yeah and I'm quite grateful for that." Ethan nodded his head, Lucas immediately stopped his whinings and dramatic display of act as his eyes lit up at Ethan's words, looking at Ethan with sparkling eyes.

"What's he... doing?" Ethan whispered to Athanasia as Athanasia shrugged her shoulders, how would she know?

"Probably waiting for a compliment?" Ethan deadpanned at her words, shaking his head and spoke with a snarl, No way in hell.

"Ain't no way am I giving a compliment to this dehydrated rat." Lucas turned his head away at these words and had a whole ass break down while Ethan and Athanasia just stared at him going through some shit, was bro tweaking?

"Are you done?" Athanasia asked, letting out a huff, done with Lucas and his bullshit while Lucas got up and sat down back on the couch as if nothing happened.

"Yeah I'm done... Though it turns out Your dad isn't the son of Aetarnithas." Lucas again munched on the chocolate he took, still speaking about some Aetarnithas, Athanasia looked at Raven who whined.

"Are you stupid? Aetarnithas has been  dead over 200 years already." Athanasia picked up Raven as Ethan also took the chocolate, wondering if he should talk to Lucas about something that he saw...

'Hm, everyone in this palace is looking at this moron as my savior right now, I collapsed because the mana contained in my body was running out of control, but there wasn't a single magician in this country that could heal me.' Athanasia wondered as she looked at Lucas who was eating chocolate like it was his last day...Ha...

'Or even tell what was wrong with me, In the midst of it all, this nut job showed up, claiming that he could heal me, as a young gifted magician! I mean come on...Why is he even acting all Polite.' Lucas felt Athanasia staring at him as he raised his head up.

"What? You want some of this? Wanna trade?" Lucas straightened his hand as he looked at Athanasia who hugged Raven tightly and looked at Lucas with a glare, this mother fucker!...

"I don't want it! And I am not trading!" Athanasia shouted at Lucas as Lucas shrugged his shoulders, whatever.

'They're a bunch of kids.' Ethan sighed as he looked at the two of them bickering in front of him, When would they shut up so Ethan could say why he came here?
