(Y/N)'s Moment of Weakness

[It has been a month since the Fall Formal. All of the girls refuse to be friends with each other and (Y/N) was in the midst of it all. He tried to speak the truth but anytime he tries to speak about getting them all back together, each of them refused]

[(Y/N) and Rarity were talking in an empty classroom afterschool]

(Y/N): Listen, Rarity...

Rarity: I already told you my answer and that is... NO!

(Y/N): But our friends, Rarity? How about we talk to them ab-

Rarity: [Angry] I don't want to listen if you are going to talk about any of the girls!

(Y/N): [Sad] Okay.

[Rarity continues talking with (Y/N) about anything as long as it is not related to the girls. (Y/N) rarely talks in the conversation as he let Rarity do much of the talking. Sunset Shimmer was watching outside the classroom door with a grin on her face. Rarity left first and saw Sunset Shimmer and immediately ran away in fear of any more of her bullying]

Sunset Shimmer: Seems no matter what you do or say, Rarity... no... your so-called friends won't listen to reason.

(Y/N): [Angry] What do you want now?

Sunset Shimmer: Just want to see how you were doing. Seems you are not doing great.

(Y/N): Cut the innocent act.

Sunset Shimmer: I actually do care about you. Just be with me and I will ease all of the sadness if you simply give in to power.

(Y/N): [Sigh]

Sunset Shimmer: Friendship can easily be broken and it is hard to rebuild it. And this one is going to take awhile to fix. But power is eternal. There's no such thing as having too much power. [Hugs him while patting his head] I'll take good care of you.

(Y/N): You think I will give in? Just like that! [Pulls away from her] Forget it! [Leaves]

Sunset Shimmer: You'll see. You'll see that your friendship with those girls are going to bring you more pain. They will drag you down into their fights and when you are truly alone. I will take you and you will be mine and mine alone.

[Time skip to night]

[(Y/N) returns to his home and he starts to play Final Fantasy XVI but he stops after ten minutes of gameplay]

(Y/N): [Sigh] I don't feel like playing today yet the game seems fun. [He look at his photos of the girls and him together] I don't know if I can fix this. [Lies down on his bed]

[Time skip to morning]

[(Y/N) is in his class and he looks at all of his friends in class as they refuse to look at each other. This only pushes (Y/N) into a greater despair over their friendship as Sunset grins at this. Class was over as the next class is in five minutes as everyone leaves for their respective class while Sunset and (Y/N) are alone]

Sunset Shimmer: I told you to give up on your friends. You might get depressed if you continue like this.

(Y/N): None of your business.

Sunset Shimmer: It is my business. They will drag you into their dispute and you will only get worse. [Sigh] I know you hate me, but I really want you to feel better. Just hang out with me and you will know how being with me is better than these stupid friends of yours.

(Y/N): I said no. Just leave.

Sunset Shimmer: [Angry] I am being merciful with you since you are the only one I actually care about compared to everyone here!
