[It is now lunch time as (Y/N) wanted to talk to Ironside, Midnight Shadow, and Echo before they leave the class. He is lucky Sunset Shimmer isn't in his class so he can talk to them freely without her]

(Y/N): Hey, guys!

Echo: [Cheerful] Hey, new guy! Wait, I'm the new guy... though I am a girl so...

Midnight Shadow: [Rolling her eyes] What she mean to say is... Hi.

Echo: Yes! That's it!

Ironside: [Chuckles] I didn't think I would like all of you so quickly, especially on the first day.

(Y/N): I'll just get straight to the point. Can we have lunch together?

Echo: I don't know. I would normally say yes, but you have to do a lot more for us to sit with you. As you need to be my friend to sit with me.

(Y/N): I have fruit sandwiches to share.

Echo: That's not gonna-

(Y/N): It has mangoes.

Echo: [Hugs (Y/N)] You are my best friend in the whole world! I take a bullet for you.

Midnight Shadow: Normally I would be the one to be skeptical and Echo is the one that immediately say yes... but I can't leave Echo alone since we're practically friends.

Ironside: I don't mind eating together.

(Y/N): Wonderful. Let me show you where it is.

[(Y/N) shows the three where the cafeteria is at]

(Y/N): Here it is.

Echo: This is awesome!

Midnight Shadow: It's just a cafeteria, Echo. It's nothing special.

Echo: [Shaking Midnight Shadow] Of course it is! It's so vibrant! Better than our school in our old school!

Ironside: It is okay.

(Y/N): I know you are from Crystal Prep. Why choose this school? It is well-known that Crystal Prep and Canterlot High have a feud for almost a century.

Ironside: Why do you think I went to this school? I mentioned about my hatred of their ideology and there are many more reasons. I hate their very existence and what they represent. So I came to this school because I was well-aware of this school's hatred for Crystal Prep.

Midnight Shadow: [Excited over Ironside's reasoning] Interesting! But can you elaborate more on what they do. I want to know more.

[Echo and (Y/N) nods in agreement]

Ironside: You all think that reputation is all we care about in Crystal Prep. And I say... you are correct. Reputation is everything to us as we don't want our own prestige to be damaged because to those at Crystal Prep, we are trying to set the new noble, the new representatives of society, the new man. On the surface, it doesn't sound bad because every school wants to have great students that will bring incredible development to our country... but Crystal Prep doesn't like any concept of assistance. You are completely responsible for your grade. There is no comradery, no friends, nothing. You are completely by yourself and the only reason any students would care for you, is by your skills and achievements, not by your own character.

[All of them sits down to eat as Ironside continues to explain why he despises Crystal Prep]

Ironside: Anyways, your worth to them is by your own achievement. If you were part of any sports team, if you start to fail to meet their expectation, even for the slightest moment of weakness in your life, they will bite you like wolves preying at their own for failing the school and the team.
