It was a chilly evening in the Slytherin common room. The fire crackled warmly, casting a soft glow over the dark, stone walls. You say nervously on one of the plush green sofas, your heart racing. You had been rehearsing what you was about to say for days now.

Theo,sat across from her, immersed in a book. She admired the way his brown hair fell over his eyes, and how he seemed so effortlessly composed. Taking a deep breath, You decided it was now or never.

"Theo," you started, your voice barely above a whisper. He looked up, his piercing eyes meeting hers, causing you to momentarily lose your  train of thought. "There's something I need to tell you."

He closed his book, giving her his full attention. "What is it, Y/N?"

You swallowed hard, feeling her palms grow sweaty. "I... I love you, Theo."

For a moment, there was silence.You felt your heart sink, fearing the worst. But then, a slow smile spread across Theo's face. He reached out, taking your hand in his.

"I love you too, Y/N," he said softly, squeezing her hand gently. "I've been wanting to tell you that for a while now."

Relief and joy flooded through as you realised that your feelings were reciprocated. You both sat there, hand in hand, the warmth of the fire matching the warmth in your  hearts.

You were sitting in the courtyard with Mattheo, studying for an upcoming test. The weather was quite windy today, so Mattheo gave you his hoodie. You both sat there, helping each other with the questions, when a sudden gust of wind blew the papers out of your hands. Mattheo immediately noticed and quickly got up, grabbing the papers before they could fly away and handed them back to you.

"Oh my god, Matt, I love you!" you exclaimed, grateful he caught your papers. He immediately looked at you, standing there and gazing into your eyes. "Did I say something wrong?" you asked, noticing his silence.
you beamed. He locked eyes with you, silent. "Did I say something wrong?"you wondered aloud, puzzled by his silence. "What did you say?"he questioned "Wait, what did I blurt out?" you tried to recall. Then it hit you - you'd said 'I love you' for the first time. Your gaze shot up to his. "Sorry, was that too soon? I didn't even realize I said it!" you rambled, but he gently held your face, planting a sweet kiss. "I love you too, darling," he grinned, pulling you close, planting a tender kiss on your forehead.

He doesn't say anything, but he reaches out and gently takes your hand, a silent acknowledgment of your feelings. "I love you too doll."he says and you smile softly at him.
