First off, to everyone who is reading this, I'm SO sorry that the update took so long. Things came up, I was working on my other fan-fics, and I had a serious case of writer's block with this one. Hopefuly, the next update won't take so long. Again, I'm sorry the update took so long and here's the next chapter. Enjoy!

We got to the Command Center after school the first thing Justin wanted to do was start training. He didn't know when Chitaure was planning on attacking, so he wanted everyone (especially me) to be ready.

"Do you have any fighting experience at all Karen?" Justin asked.

"A little," I say. "I took Karate for a few years until my dad pulled me out of it so he could have beer money. Other than that, I have none, unless you count beating up a few crooks here and there fighting experience."

Justin smiled a little and said, "That works."

"Your suit and morpher should also have some fighting skills programmed in that will be 'downloaded' into your brain," Nate said.

"Cool," I say, smiling. "I mean, it's kind of weird, but cool."

"It is," Justin said. "But for right now, we're just going to do a bit of hand to hand combat. And don't worry Karen, I'll go easy on you," he added with a smile.

"How thoughtful," I say.

Justin laughed a little and said, "Ready to do this?"

I smiled and nodded. "Ready."

We walked onto the mat and got in a fighting stance. "Are you sure you're ready to do this? I mean, you could fight someone else-"

"This was your bright idea genuis," I say with a smile. "And I'm not backing out of a fight."

Justin chuckled and said, "Suit yourself." Then he came towards me and threw the first punch. I easily dodge and roundhouse kick him in the face. Justin staggers back a little and I smlie at, waving a little. Justin came at me again, but did a fake punch, making my left open. He jabbed me there and I let out a small yelp, clipping Justin's ear. Justin winced in pain, but tried to hit me with a side kick. I grabbed his ankle though and flipped him over. He landed with a loud smack on the mat and I said, "What was this about going easy on me again?" I asked, smiling down at  him.

Justin jumped to his feet and said, "I was just letting you win."

"Right," I say, emphasising the 'i'. "And I'm the Queen of England."

Justin just smiled and came at me again. I did a quick side sweep and sent him to the floor again. I started laughing and couldn't stop. Justin took the opportunity to come at me again and threw a punch at me. I was barely able to dodge it. Then we went back to the swing-jab-duck routine (Justin getting in many more hits this time). After a few more minutes, Justin hit me in the gut and I doubled  over, falling to the floor.

Justin's eyes widened and he knealt next to me, placing a hand on my shoulder. "Oh my gosh Karen, I'm SO sorry, I didn't mean to-"

"It's okay," I say, looking up at him and giving him a small smile. "Trust me, I've been hit with worse. It's completely fine. Besides, I thought the whole point of this was to train."

Justin smiled a little. "Yeah, it was," he said. "Also, I wanted to see if you had any fighting skills, which you obviously do."

I smiled and was going to say something when my phone rang. I blushed a little and took out my phone. My dad was calling me. Weird, he never called...

"I'm sorry, but I've got to take this," I say, getting up and walking over to the end of the training room. "Hello?" I said, accepting the call.

"Where the hell are you?" my dad yelled into the phone,
