Shin Xe-yi sighed

"No" he said before walking out of the empress's chamber while carrying Lei Fao, leaving the consorts and the empress dowager dumbfoundedly

The empress dowager's face flushed because of the frustration she felt but later on she calmed down

"Mother, it's fine. We could do something later" the empress touched her hand, reassuring her

"You're right" she answered. Suddenly, an idea popped to her head

"It's almost winter, right? Why not give him something to heat" she smirked

On the other hand, Shin Xe-yi and Lei Fao is on their way to the emperor's chamber

Lei fao realized that it was not the way to his chamber and tried to stop Shin Xe-yi but couldn't as the gap of their strength is too much for him to handle

"Dont say that we're going to your chamber, your highness?" Lei Fao chuckled awkwardly but Shin Xe-yi only looked at him once before entering his chamber

Lei Fao's POV

He wouldn't do anything, right? Right?? Should i pray? What to do???

As i was confused and battling with my mind, i suddenly heard him sigh that caught my attention

I felt my body being placed on a soft mattress, i looked down and saw it was his bed

Is this normal??!

"Dont be nervous, as if it was your first time here" he said that made me chuckle awkwardly and choked up

It was though?? It's not me when you first did it with 'lei fao'

I felt him getting closer and closer that made my eyes closed but felt something placed on me, i peeked and it was a blanket

"What? Do you want me to kiss you?" He chuckled that made my face reddened, i covered it using the blanket he gave

Suddenly, it was quiet that made me realize that my heart were beating quite fast. Im just nervous, yes a little nervous

As i was reassuring myself, i felt him lay down beside me that made me flinch. As if every second is a minute, i feel like i am waiting on what he will do next. As i was engrossed to my thoughts, i felt something embracing me on top of the blanket

Realizing that it was his arms, i felt my heart beats louder. And as he was getting closer, embracing me tighter but still gently. As if i could feel his heartbeat through the blankets

I guess i am just hallucinating. I thought before closing my eyes and fell asleep.
