Chapter 2: HOW??

  As the quadrant had gotten their food and conversed, Sungmin told them he had important news to share. 

" It better not be about getting another medal for your studies," said Felix. 

" This is much.......more unexpected.... than that," he replied

"What could that be?" asked Jisung curiously.

"Well....... It's just that......" Seungmin struggled to say.

" Just say it Sungmin. What's the worst you can say," said the youngest.

" You know what....... SoHwangHyunjinaskedmeouttoday!"

When the 3 finally understood and digested the info, the only thing they could reply with was;

"WHAT?" "WHEN?" "HOW??" 

Many people stared at the group.

"SHHHHH Calm down and sit. What do you mean by how, Felix? He literally just asked, " Do you want to go on a date with me?" 

"What's the context, is what I meant."

"Well, we got partnered up together for a project, as you know. We were in the library doing research and we took a break. We went to a restaurant. At the restaurant, we got into random conversations and he just randomly brought up boyfriends and dating. He just was like ' What would you do if I just asked you out right now?' and obviously I was very surprised. I told him, I wouldn't know what to do if he did that. Then he got out a flower, yea he had a flower with him this whole time. I don't know where he got it or what he had, so don't ask me questions about it. Anyway, he got out the flower and said ' You, me, movie. Friday 7 pm. It's a date.' That's all he said and just left me there" 

"Woah" 

"What are you going to do now?" Asked Innie. "You're not planning to go are you?" asked Jisung. "Yea, you know how Hwang is. Always breaking people's hearts," said Felix 

" Come on guys, you know I already I'm interested in him. It's hard to not go. I mean it's not even like I asked him, HE asked ME. Would you ever not go if your crush asked you out, and don't lie I know you will. "

" We just want to be safe and not get your heart broken by a stupid boy, Sungminnie. "

" Again, the name- you know what. I'm going. I don't care, I want to risk it. I'm ready to risk it. This might be the only opportunity I will ever get to even to meet Hyunjin outside of campus. I'm going and you can't stop me." 

" Okay, I mean it's your decision," said Jisung. " I know where you're coming from, and if you're ready I'll support you Seungmin. " " Me too," said Jeongin. " Me three," said Felix. 

" You said the dates on Friday, right? We all will come over before and help you get ready. And we're coming whether you want us to it not," said Felix. "Yea, I know you'll get nervous later. Hehe," said Jisung. 

" Ughh... you're all so annoying, you know that?  But fine since there is no stopping you guys. And I won't get nervous. I'll be fine. Okay. Anyways, anything happens with you guys?"

" Nothing much with me," answered Jisung.
" And we already told you about your encounters with our guys today," said Felix. " I still can't get over me bumping into Chan. It was so embarrassing but I swear he looks at me now!!"
"What do you mean, Innie?" asked Jisung. "Well, it's like he's actually noticing me now. He came up to ME to ask ME a question about the lecture today. I was so shocked I almost forgot to answer." He said laughing. Soon the others join in the laughter.

They split to go to their dorms\bedrooms (Felix and Jisung were roommates in dorm building B, Seungmin in building A, and Jeongin lived with his parents). Felix and Jisung started talking about their classmates, especially Chan (that was mostly Felix). 

In their dorm, while Jisung waited for Felix to finish taking a bath, he decided to scroll on Instagram. There he came across Lee Minho's latest post about t his 3 adorable cats. He wanted to know more about that mysterious Lee Minho and look at more cat pics (totally not to find more photos of Minho).

Jisung wasn't able to find much info about him (other than the things he already knew), and by the time he was done looking at all of Minho's insta, Felix was out of the bath. He came over and looked over Jisung's shoulder, watching him look at photos of Lee Minho. He said" I knew you liked him," 

 Jisung yelped in surprise. 

When he realized it was just Felix and processed what he had just said, " What are you talking about?! I don't like him, I just want to never mind. I don't like him okay? and don't scare me like that again!" 

Felix chuckled. " Sure, sure. Whatever you say. Want to watch a movie before bed?"

 " Sure, let me go take a bath first."

 "Kay, but hurry up mate." 

Jisung quickly took a bath and got ready to watch a movie. He wore his comfy PJs and made some popcorn for him and Felix.

 "What should we watch?" asked Felix when he got there. 

"What about Howl's Moving Castle?"

 "Solid choice, I was thinking Home Alone, you know it's almost Christmas"

  "Christmas? Dude, it's the beginning of July!"

 "Yeah, it's only 4 months away!!" 

'ONLY?!!?? You know what, let's do rock, paper, scissors."

They played 3 rounds of rock, paper, scissors. It was a close match but Jisung managed to win with a rock in the last round.  

"HAHA LOSER!!" proclaimed Jisung. " Shut it before I shove a pillow in your mouth," said Felix. "Sore loser. Anyways, start Howl's Moving Castle already!!" whined Jisung. Felix rolled his eyes and they started watching the movie together. They cuddled up together and enjoyed the movie till the end of the night. 

They ended up falling asleep together, cuddling on Felix's bed. A perfect end to their day.

Sorry, this took so long! Writing is hard especially when you're lazy haha. But anyway I should be able to update more since I'm on summer break now!! I'm so excited for Summer but I don't like it when it gets really hot.
