"Is this all the files I need to sign?" Kul asked with a charming and flirtatious smile.

"Yes, sir," the secretary replied shyly, tucking her hair behind her ears.

"Okay, here you go," Kul said, handing the file back to her. The secretary took it and left the room.

As she exited, Kul's best friend and the company's legal advisor, Arnav, entered the room. He collided with the secretary, who apologized and left. Arnav watched her leave, precisely looking at her until she was out of sight.

"What do you want?" Kul asked, bringing Arnav back to his senses.

Smiling, Arnav entered the room and sat on the couch in Kul's office. "What would I need from you? You don't even have what I like," he said, hinting at his preference for women with a sly grin.

Understanding him, Kul sighed. "So?" he asked.

"I came to tell you about the news regarding that kid's car accident. The police haven't found the child's body and said that until they confirm the death of the child, no one can take over the company," Arnav explained.

Kul's expression darkened. "So, there's no owner of the company, but it will keep running under the supervision of the board of directors," he said thoughtfully.

"Exactly," Arnav confirmed. "It's a mess, but we'll have to see how things unfold.""Any news about the child?" Kul asked.

"Nothing as of now," Arnav replied.

"Anyway, what's your plan for today?" Arnav asked, playing with the paperweight on the table."Umm... nothing planned yet," Kul replied.

"Okay, as you wish," said Arnav. "I'll leave now. I have too much work to do thanks to someone," he continued while standing up to leave. Kul nodded to him. Arnav walked out of the room.---

### Scene Shift: BakeryKul, after the office, went to the bakery as it was his birthday today. Though he doesn't really like to celebrate it, thinking he was never welcomed into the world, he has mostly gotten over that feeling now. He was trying to choose a cake and it reminded him of days when he used to come here as a child before his parents separated. Shaking off the feeling, he selected a chocolate cake (he has a sweet tooth).

He ordered the chocolate cake. The worker said to him, "Sir, we have a special discount for couples if you want to redeem it," pointing to the person standing next to him. Mistaking them for a couple, the person standing next to him was none other than Ambika, trying to select a cake for Yuv. She happened to hear the worker's words and got tempted by the discount. Suddenly, she locked her hand with his, acting all cute, and ordered her cake too.

Kul said nothing and stood still, staring at Ambika, finding the situation very interesting and fascinating. The worker wrapped the cakes and gave them to the "couple," complimenting him, "Sir, your wife is cute."

Kul nodded and said, "Yes, she is," with a smile of satisfaction. He paid the bill, and Ambika, taking her share, quickly placed the money on the counter and tried to escape first because of her embarrassment.

Kul watched her go, still amused by the unexpected encounter.
