ANYWAYYYYY time for theories!!!! i'm guessing ppl not involved with atleast the hotel aren't allowed to enter, but.. that makes for a confusing situation. why are others without magic allowed to enter?

so, i believe that all of them actually have magic, but.. the ones who appear without magic only have it from being around magic powers for so long. i'm guessing some magic molecules absorbed into them making them allowed to enter?
