Jimin pov

Yoongi's voice was a growl, low and dangerous.

Yoongi: Tell me about my past, bastard.'

Bastard?' I scoffed, my eyebrows shooting up in disbelief.

He called me a bastard? My head spun. Why was he so obsessed with his past? There wasn't anything interesting in it, nothing worth digging up.

Jimin : 'Yoongi, lower your voice,'

I said, trying to keep the frustration out of my tone.

Jimin : There's nothing interesting in your past.'

He didn't back down, his eyes dark and intense.

Yoongi: 'But I want to know... bits and pieces of past haunting me in my dreams. Tell me.'

I hesitated, my throat tightening.

Jimin : 'Well...'

I was about to speak when my phone buzzed.

It was Taehyung.

Taehyung: 'Jimin, we found the person responsible for our business losses. He's been cheating us for three months! He's in the basement. You can see him.'

Taehyung said urgently,

My blood ran cold.

Jimin : 'I'm coming. Make sure he doesn't escape. How could he cheat us, steal our information, cause us such massive losses?"

Then he hung up. My eyes landed on Yoongi, who was watching me with a flicker of something in his eyes. He was still looking at me, his expression unreadable.

Jimin : 'Come with me, Yoongi,'

I said, my voice cold.

Jimin : How dare you raise your voice at me again and again?'

Without waiting for a response, I grabbed his arm and pulled him towards the basement.

Yoongi pov

I trailed behind Jimin, his silence heavy in the air. We reached the basement, a cold, damp space, and I couldn't help but wonder what Jimin had in mind.
