On board the crusier UAS Hunter Dawn ,Yang was leaning on a rail reading a letter she got from Blake, tears filled her eyes and she put the letter down and looked off into the distance as her hair blowing in the wind.
She heard footsteps coming up the ladder nearby, she turned and saw juane. He stopped and saw the tears in her eyes.
"Hey, what's wrong?" He asked concerned standing next to her.
Yang looked at the letter.
"Its Blake...she's breaking up with me" she said
"What? Why?" He asked
Yang crumbled up the letter and looked off to the distance.
"She said her family thinks it's immoral to date someone who works for the same people that hunted the faunus" Yang replied showing jaune the patch of the silent strike mercenary group they worked for she had on her jacket, the same one jaune had on his sweater.
"That's ridiculous, if she really loved you she wouldn't care, she would stick by your side, there's got to be more to it" Juane replied
Yang got angry.
"There is, ya knkw your mom sends me letters too, she told me she's been seeing Blake get comfortable with Sun, she replaced me juane, and used that bull excuse to break up with me" Yang said throwing the ball of paper overboard.
Juane nodded.
"I knew it, I knew that slimy douchebag sun was going to put the moves on Blake the moment we left Port, I saw it in his eyes and I didn't say anything, damn it, next time I see him I'm punching him in the throat" Juane said
Yang couldn't help but smile and chcukle, looked at him.
"His throat?" Yang said
Jaune smiled.
"There's that smile I like so much" Juane said padding her back.
Yang nodded and smiled standing up right.
"Thank you Juane, You always know how to cheer me up" she said
"No problem, just think of it this way, you young, single and hot, traveling the world, doesn't sound so bad to me" Jaune said smiling
Yang blushed
"Y-you think I'm hot?" She asked
Jaune blushed as a awkaward silence set in then broke by loud alarms.
"Unidentified enemy, approaching from the east all hands man your battlestations" the speaker said
Yang and Jaune ran to an observation deck and looked down some powerful binoculars.
They saw it sticking out of the water, large spines stick out, they were rough and brown, tall and sharp.
"What the hell is that thing?" Yang asked putting down the binoculars
Jaune did the same, but saw further out was odo Island, he remembered the stories his mom told him about the legend of a underwater sea dragon.
"Its godzilla" he said
Yang looked at him.
"All guns fire at will" the speaker said
The large guns turned and aimed. They covered ther ears.
The 13 inch guns fired and hit the spines and exploding, a large fireball ball and black smoke covered the spines. For a few seconds they didn't see the spines, until it clears out the spines clearly heading towards them.
"Hes coming this way!" Juane shouted
The spines reached them and godzilla stood up, the water rained down on them. The monster had brown rough skin and sharp teeth in its mouth. It roared and bit down on the super structure.
"Come on" Yang shouted grabbing jauen running to the front of the ship as debris fell around them. The turrets turned towards godzilla, they both ducked ans covered there ears.
The forward turrets fired hitting godzilla at point blank range. Godzilla let out a growl and fell back into the water.
Yang and Jaune got up and ran to the side of the ship looking down at the water.
"Did we kill it?" He asked shaking
Just then a blue light began to glow in the water.
"No we just pissed it off" Yang replied
The world became silent for a moment as yang grabbed jauen and both ran to the front of the ship and jumped. They hit the water and a blue beam shot up amd split the ship in half, then blew it uo completely. The giant fireball filled the area.
Yang while underwater oepemd her eyes and saw Godzilla looking at her. She swam to the surface and gasped for air, debris and dead floated around her.
"Juane!!" She shouted looking around
She turned and saw jaune floating on a wooden table, looking at the opposite direction. She swam to him and held onto the table.
"Juane" she said
He turned to look at her, and she saw the left side if his face was covered in blood and a large gash covered that side of his face.
"Oh my god" she said reaching out amd holding his hand.
Just then godzilla raised from the ocean , the smoke and steam surrounded him.
He took a deep breathe and let out a deep raor, his pitched changed but not by much during his long deep raor.
They both passed out and held on to the table and each other.
Godzilla swam away in a random direction.
