A soft, faint buzzing echoed around the walls of Genevieve's vibrantly decorated office. It was her morning alarm that she had forgotten to switch off when she entered the building. JJ's training may've prepared her on how to talk to victims and the press but nothing could've prepared her for the early mornings especially since she lived an hour away. The yellow tinged of the sunflowers on her filing cabinet brightening up the room.

But then again everything in Genevieve's office seemed to brighten up the room. The assortment of stuffed animals and puppets that sat behind the flower made it seem that a child may've used the office. Her pen pot decorated with fuzzy, glittery pens and multiple framed pictures of her cat Marmalade spread across the desk. Genevieve felt she had been looking through case for hours on end but nothing really seemed that important or urgent, it was mainly a mix of petty thefts and one off murders already solved by local police. Then out of the corner of her eye Genevieve spotted something.

''Ahh, maybe it's you that will end the case slump.'' Genevieve uttered to herself spinning around on her chair to collect the case closet to her. Her hazel orbs glossing over the paper. Photographs of two little girls clipped to the files, the word 'URGENT' may as well have been in bold letters and colours in Genevieve's words. Flipping through the pile Genevieve picked out the relevant information. Two little girls had been kidnapped from different families although they looked almost identical in her words, the parents left bone dry, drained of their blood all so the unsub could write on the walls, 'they took what wasn't theirs'.

Genevieve practically burst into Hotch's office, ''I've got a case, I thought I'd run it by you first before I phone the local sheriff's department.''

The monotonous man stared her down whilst gesturing to the seat diagonal from him as Genevieve passed him the file, '' two little girls from different families have been kidnapped, the unsub left the parent practically bone dry and local authorities found a mix of the parents blood on the wall written in the phrase, they took what wasn't theirs. And I know this isn't in the file, but I've noticed that both girls look quite similar, almost identical but their of different ages.''

''Call the local sheriff and tell him we're coming, I'll call everyone in.'' Hotch paused, ''Good work, Black.''

Genevieve exited the room a sense of pride swarming through her stomach. That was the first time someone had ever been proud of her. She couldn't be happier.

An hour into waiting for everyone, boredom set into Genevieve's bone. She had been spinning around in a circle for half an hour and doodling for the other. As Emily and Spencer stepped into view the honey haired girl couldn't be happier to see them, rushing towards the door, ''thank goodness you two are finally here. I was getting really bored.''
