"I still think we should go back to Savannah." Tyler spoke looking down at his tray of food as You gave him a side glance before looking over at Ashlyn.

"...Alright, Let's take some time to think on it again and have a group vote later tonight." Ashlyn said rubbing her forehead and tapping her foot.

"Why not after school?" Asked Tyler

"Because I have ballet class today." She responded as you felt your phone vibrate.

"So what? Skip it." His tone became more irritated as he spoke.

"Uh, Ty... We have stuff to do after school too. You have baseball practice and I have a mechanics meeting." Taylor speaks as Tyler looks over at you.

"Yeah.. I have test for archery practice today, my aunt just reminded me." You talked, showing the messages on your phone to the others.

"...I um, I have to help with the flower shop today..." With his eyes fixed on the table, Logan says tensely.

"See? Logan's busy too." Ashlyn attempted to point out to Tyler.

"Even with what's happening, We can't just neglect school and our future. You need baseball. Let's just wait till tonight-" Ashlyn tried to clarify, but Tyler abruptly became agitated with her.

"We aren't going to have a 'Future' if we're dead!" Tyler shouted

"It's not just our future. If we drop everything to focus on fantasy-like events were going to end up in a PSYCHE WARD!" She gave Tyler a fierce look. "Do you think that's going to make it easier or harder for all of us to have meetings during the day."

"She's got a point, Y'know generally we're what people would call 'Crazy'" Making a spinning motion with his finger on the side of his head, Aiden said.

"Whatever." Tyler said, getting up and stomping away with his food tray before suddenly turning around, returning, and giving the others a brief glare before dragging Taylor along with him.

As you sipped your water and observed the twins vanish from view, you silently thought to yourself, 'This sucks.'

Later That Day...

You decided to get off the bus with Aiden and Ben when it stopped in front of Ashlyn's house because you were not leaving for practice for another two hours.

"What are you doing, guys?" Ashlyn questioned, glancing at Aiden, Ben and You.

"Coming over. I figured It'd just be faster to get off here." Aiden looked at you after explaining. "And I guess that also applies to Y/n." You just shrugged as he spoke, and then you four got off.

"You know I have to leave in an hour right?" Ashlyn was reminding Aiden.

"I thought I'd tag along this time. If there's an emergency, I'll know how to get there, right?" As you all got closer to her front door, Aiden answered.

"I'm home." Ashlyn called out to her parents, who were enjoying popcorn while lounging on the couch.

"How was School?" The moment Ben and Aiden entered, Ashlyn's parents noticed the three of you.

"Y/n, Aiden and Ben are over? I thought you had ballet today?" questioned her mother as Ashlyn moved to take a few pieces of popcorn out of the bowl.

"Yeah, about that, they're wanting to come along and see where the studio is located. Do you mind if they come along." You briefly looked away from your phone as Ashlyn spoke, grabbing your attention.
