Chapter 4: Shop purchase

I saw Marcus walk in and say," Tyler I'm ready to go". I stood up. I hugged Trinity and kissed Ashanti and Sylvia. Marcus exchanged bye greetings.  We both said," bye" and walked off. I unlocked the front door. I then opened it. Me and Marcus  walked out. Marcus shut the door and locked it. Marcus then unlocked his Dodge ram. We opened the doors and got in, then shut the doors and buckled up. Marcus then started the engine and drove off. I told him my banks location. Marcus drove to the bank and then parked outside. I said," did u wanna go in or u gonna stay?" Marcus said," I'll stay here and be surprised". I said," okay I'll be right back". I unbuckled and opened the passenger door and got out. I shut the door. I then walked and entered the bank. I walked to the section to talk to the bank clerk in the booth. I then sat in the lobby. That's when I heard someone call my name. I got up and followed the clerk into their office and sat down. I said," hi I wanna buy the auto body shop I saw on list of properties to purchase". The clerk typed on a keyboard and said," which one sir? As he then turned the monitor to me. We saw many shops. I then saw the shop  I wanted. I told the clerk. The clerk said," okay. The clerk then pulled up the shops details and printed it out. The clerk asked me for my account number then. I told him. The clerk then told me the price. I then brought the place. Then I also did a loan out for the vehicle I was gonna buy. The clerk said," congratulations Tyler I'll get u the keys to your new place ".  I saw the clerk stand up and walk off. I waited some. I saw the clerk walk back in and sit down. The clerk then handed me the keys to the shop. The clerk then printed out details on the shop and put it in an folder which he gave me. I thanked him. I then left the bank. I saw a electrical place and plumbing place across the road. I walked to Marcus dodge ram. I opened the passenger door and got in then shut it and buckled up. I told him the two places across the road. We drove off and to them. I saw him park outside then I opened the passenger door and unbuckled and got out and shut the door.  I walked inside the electrical place.  I set up an appointment for 4pm  for the shop. I then left the electrical place. I entered the plumbing place. The plumber I talked to said," they  can come by tomorrow morning at 10. I thanked him and left the plumbing place. I walked back to Marcus dodge ram. I opened the passenger door and got in and shut the door and buckled up we drove off. Marcus said," Tyler which vehicle u gonna get?" I said," id either get a suburban or equinox ". I then told him the Chevy dealership I got my last truck from. We drove to the Chevy dealership and parked on the lot. I opened the passenger door and got out then placed the folder on the passenger seat. I shut the door. I then entered the dealership. I spoke to a dealer and purchased the Chevrolet equinox. I then paid for everything and left the dealership. I walked to the equinox I brought and unlocked it. I then opened the drivers door and got in and shut the door. I buckled up. I then started the engine and saw Marcus pull off. I then followed Marcus to their house. We pulled up and parked. Marcus turned off the engine. I parked and turned off the engine. I opened the drivers door and got out and shut the door and locked it. I then walked and opened up the passenger door of Marcus truck and grabbed my folder out and shut the door. We then saw the front door open. I saw Marcus lock the ram. Marcus said," looks like Maddie Trinity's mom is here early".  We entered the house. Marcus shut the door and locked it. We entered the living room. We saw Ashanti, a woman, Sylvia and three children. We then smelled food cooking. Marcus said," I'll go see if babe needs my help". I said," okay". I sat by Sylvia. The woman said," hi I'm Maddie Trinity mom u must be Tyler their bf". I said," yes". Ashanti said," and these three kids are Madison, Jessica and Thomas". Madison, Jessica and Thomas looked up waving. Ashanti said," kids he's your new daddy". Madison, Jessica and Thomas cheered. We saw Marcus walk in and say," lunch". We then walked into the dining room after standing up and sat down. We ate and drank. Meanwhile at the dining table Ashanti said," so Hun how did it go?" I said," okay its brought just need to get it running". I then said," I see an electrician at 4 today and tomorrow i see the plumber at 10 in the morning". We then finished eating and stood up. We cleaned the table and put leftovers and trash away then we all entered the living room and sat down. Maddie said," that's good news I'm happy to hear all Tyler". I said," thank u miss". Maddie said," oh call me maddie". Marcus then said," how about at 4 u go with Ashanti and see your new place or take Sylvia with u". I then said," I can do that". Marcus said," okay I'm sure they wanna go as much as we do to see ur new shop".
