Chapter 8: Ashanti and my dad sees the shop

I saw my dad in his recliner, my mom sat on the couch by Ashanti. My dad said," so sport u brought it and ur gf a car I'm proud of u". My mom said," son I'm also proud of u ". I then smiled". My mom said," yep in fact me and ur dad are thinking of moving out and u this". Ashanti said," what u think love". I looked and said," I'll think on it". I then looked at my watch and saw it was 9:15. I said," let's go". My parents stood up with Ashanti. My dad said," I'll drive us unless u want to son". I said," I could and drop u off here later". My dad said," true". I then hugged my mom bye. I walked and unlocked the front door and walked out. I walked to my black Chevy Colorado parked on the side . I unlocked it. I then opened the passenger door. Ashanti got in. I placed my bag by her and shut the door. I saw my dad open the back door and got in and buckled up then shut it. I then walked to the garage and unlocked the side door which I opened and walked in. I grabbed a tool box, tool bag which I tossed inside with a lot of tools and attachments inside. I then walked out the garage and shut the side door and locked it. I walked to my Colorado and put my tool bag and tool box in my Colorado truck bed. I then opened up the driver's door and got in and shut it then start the engine and buckled up. I drove away. I drove to my new shop and parked outside. I then looked at my watch and saw 9:30am. My dad and Ashanti said," wow". I said," yes wait till u see the inside". My dad said," okay what's ur idea son and whose car?" I said," my idea is the last two bags will hold my wrecker and flatbed, the bays on the shop will be 3 mechanic ones and the last one be customizing/ paint". My dad said," good". I then said," and that's rays car". I then said," Ashanti, her mom and my other babe are hired". My dad said," oh good what jobs u hire them for?" I said," her mom will be my assistant manager, babe 2 is cashier, beauty here and her dad are mechanics like me too". My dad said," good job". I said," yep I just need plumbing on." My dad said," good we're rolling so after u wanna go get the furniture". I said," yes and security then I'll make the new website and buy parts and supplies. I then said," after that we can drop u off at home". My dad said," okay". My dad then said," the meeting is at 9 tomorrow at the mayor's building". I said," okay". Ashanti said," u meet the mayor love". I said," Hun I'll be working with the police on police takedowns too". Ashanti said," wow good luck and u be safe". I then said," I will". We then saw the plumbing truck pull up at 10:00. I opened my door and saw my dad and Ashanti open theirs. I unbuckled. I powered off the Colorado. We all got out and shut the doors. I locked the Colorado. The plumber parked his truck and powered it off. I then saw him open his door and get out. I saw him shut the door and open the trucks back door. I walked and unlocked the shop door and walked inside. I saw my dad and Ashanti follow me. I said," this is main lobby". I then saw the plumber walk in and walk to the control panel and then mess with it I waited patiently. The plumber then said," I'll brb sir I'm gonna check the pump outside". I said," ok". We saw him walk to the shops front door and open it then walk out. I waited some. We 3 saw the plumber open the door and walk in and say," u got water". I said," good". The plumber said," yes, I will go to the van to do ur bill". We saw him leave. We then walked out. I locked the shop door. I unlocked the colorado. I then saw the plumber open his door and sat inside and grab a laptop. I walked over while Ashanti and my dad walked to the Colorado and got in and shut the doors. I waited some while the plumber drew up the bill and told me the amount. I paid the bill. The plumber said," okay your all good Tyler". I then thanked him and walked to my Colorado. I opened my door and got in. I shut the door and started the engine. Ashanti said," now we buy furniture and then run stuff love". I said," yes". Ashanti said," oh Sylvia called to check on us. I said," all good". My dad said," u son will be raising a family and this stuff and helping stop takedowns too". I said," yes I'll manage". My dad said," yes u will son so now where u wanna go office depot or IKEA". I said," let's go to IKEA it's better selection". My dad said," true plus u can get shelves and furniture". I said," true". I then drove off. I drove to IKEA and parked. I said," u 3 wanna stay and catch up". My dad and Ashanti said," sure Tyler". I said,"ok". I then unbuckled and opened my door. I got out and shut the door. I grabbed a dolly and entered IKEA. I brought three desks, office chairs, regular chairs, a circular table, and shelves.
