The Attending and The CEO

New intern.

*Beckys POV*

Today was going to be a long stressful day.

I thought to myself as I swipped my phone to stop the alarm ringing.
It was 5 in the morning and I would start my shift in an hour, it was going to be a long day because I would be getting a new intern and instead of doing multiple fun surgeries with my already picked interns.

I will admit going to work is fun not because I enjoy helping people and do surgeries, but also because I have Mind, Nam, and my two really funny interns Charlotte and Heng.

I turn over to my side to kiss Freen's face and admire her for a couple of minutes before I head over to work.

It's become a habit for me, since I usually go to work and leave before Freen. I just kiss her face softly and hold her tight taking in all her warmth before I have to leave my home.

I get out of bed quietly not trying to disturb Freen's sleep as she looked so cute all wrapped up in a fetal position.

I brush my teeth and get dressed and put on very minimal make up and decided to have my hair down today.

I kiss Freen's forehead one last time before I leave and whisper a very quick I love you before I head out to go to work.

Luckily there was no traffic so I made it to the hospital at 5:30ish and thankfully Charlotte and Heng were already here.

"Goodmorning Dr. Armstrong!" Charlotte said groggy.

"Dr. Armstrong is it true that we're getting  assigned a new intern?" Heng asked while grabbing his charts.

"Sadly yes and the both of you can call me Becky I'd like to consider us friends" I said in a nice tone.

"WOAH YOU CONSIDER US YOUR FRIENDS" Charlotte and Heng both said in unison.

I chuckled "unless there's reason I shouldn't be? Or maybe you don't view me in that way?" I said teasing.

"NONO WERE FRIENDS" they both said.

We all shared a laugh.

"You know that's slightly unprofessional right doctor Armstrong".
A voice came from behind us. It was Chief bright.

I turned around to meet him, already annoyed because he knows everyone in this hospital is related and like family.

"Chief bright with all do respect everyone in this hospital is like family, and do you have to listen on all my conversations?" I asked.

"Just watch yourself Armstrong you have a new intern" chief bright said before stomping away.

"Jeez someone's in a mood huh?" I turn to my interns smiling.

"Ok Charlotte Heng go to the interns room and they should have a colour assigned to them ours is grey so go find the person with grey on their arm and bring them back to me" I ordered and my interns rushed to the elevator.

I checked my watch and knew that Freen would be up by now so I decided to ring her up.

*RING RING RING*

"HII BECKY" Freen said excited over the phone.

"Hi baby I'm calling because I miss you and just wanted to say I hope you have a good day today! How was your sleep babe?" I asked

"It was ok Beck how about you? Call me whenever you're free I miss you!" Freen said cutely.

"Aww I miss you too babe! Hey I was- I cut myself off when I saw my interns walking back to me and I saw someone all to familiar.
