chapter 4: " friendship"

A childish voice was heard from the door along with the severans trying to stop her "you are awake!" The girl said "how lovely" she expressed as she sat down beside the bed trying to be seen as a young reserved lady , yet her excitement would blow away her acting. "AHEM""the lady In front of you is named Sarah " she said in a proud tone as she held her head high and closed her eyes , it was obvious she also wanted to show off the cute clothes she had put to impress the other girl ,Frida could see she was indeed a cute and pretty, with her brownish curly hair and pretty blue eyes almost looking too white rather than blue with a fair skin and a cute pink dress having a beautiful design with a ribbon on its back and a ribbon on its front close to her neck ,long silves with a transparent slick fabric and a simple yet elegant cut as it went down , as frida stared at her for a while in silence she could see that sarah was starting to loose her mighty acting and become nervous even started sweating a little as she had that smile in her face and her hand reached at frida for a while but Frida hadn't noticed, frida was lost in thoughts analysing her while Sarah had now opened her eyes and look at frida with a nervous look , it was obvious she couldn't hold her body still anymore and was about to move but yet she was holding on , those clumsy actions of her made frida giggle as she could see that the girl wasn't at all a young and reserved lady in personality, " my name is Frida" she replied "nice to meet you lady Sarah" as she finally reached out to her hand and kissed it , sarah withdrew her hand , her face flushed red "no-no need to call me that!"" It's too embarrassing!" Sarah said in a flushed tone " just Sarah is fine !"sarah explained as she proceeded to look the other side of the room as she was still shy for some reason, Frida did indeed do it on purpose to see her reaction, it seemed that this girl she had Infront of her wasn't a threat , rather she was cute and innocent? Just as every child her age should be right? "Young lady please let her rest , your mother said to not disturb her ! " An old , worried voice of a servant finally spoke , "but I just wanted to see how she was doing!"" I was so worried about her ! The birds kept on waking me at night too ! I was really scared something might happen to her again!" Sarah said in a exhausted and sad tone , " so you were were the one that found me first!" Frida said , " I- ..I don't know how to thank you enough for saving my life !" Frida spoke as she dropped her head in low voice and clenched her fits with the blanket she was wrapped with in the bed ,"no need , I don't seek rewards!" Sarah said , Frida looked up at her ," and then ...what would you like instead?", "hmm.." Sarah thought for a moment " how about -....YOU BECOME MY FRIEND!!" She said in excitement as her face was as bright as the sun at that moment, Frida thought for a moment the light was coming in her eyes and tried to block it as if she was blocking the sun , she was dumbfounded as she couldn't understand how such simple request would be enough to repay her kindness , but since she asked it how could she refuse, after all , she would find more ways in the future to repay her and her family. "Alright" Frida finally replied with a smile, Sarah eyes shone brightly after hearing that , that she got so excited she jumped off the bed and held Fridas hands saying :" OH MY LORDS ! YOU ARE MY FIRST FRIEND! WE ARE GONNA BECOME BEST FRIENDS FOREVER! HIHIHI! " she yelled in excitement, but upon seeing Fridas shocked and dumbfounded face she got reminded that she is still a patient and she had to calm down ," ahem ... sorry to be so loud, I don't usually talk that loudly, I just got so happy! I kinda got carried away..." Sarah said in an embarrassed tone as she scratched her face with her finger ...upon hearing her honest answer , Frida finally understood that she asked her to be a friend because that's what was very important for her , then she replied " it's ok , I understand! I'm actually pretty happy too!" Frida said as a brighter smile than before was seen in her face ,Sarah gasped for a moment as she didn't expect her to smile, "right! !" I almost forgot!" Frida made a questioning and puzzled face ," now that we are friends, we can do so many things together!! I actually made a list of the things we can do just in case heheh!!" A devilish smile in Sarah face , and with a snap of he fringes , a servant walked forward and opened a 5 feet long scroll of games and things to do with a friend, and passed it to Fridas hands . Frida looked at the scroll in disbelief and then looked at Sarah who was still happy, as if her face was saying* go on ! Read them !* "Did-...did you write all of those yourself?!" Frida asked as she gulped down her throat, " Yup !" Sarah replied, " every single one !" She said as she closed her eyes with a big smile in her face , " you are very thoughtful!" Frida said in a defeated voice and helpless face " I appreciate your hard work Sarah !" Sarah seemed pleased by the compliment. As frida glimpsed at all the things she wrote , * games , tea parties, scrolls in the nature , reading books , drawing,...* And many other things you could consider playing with a friend. Then something caught her eyes in the list , " secrets sharing" Frida didn't understand what it meant so she asked " what is secrets sharing?" Sarah paused for a moment and said " ah - ...we-well ...best friends share secrets with eachother....and I hopped I could share things with you too ! ..... aren't we friends now ? " She said in cute low voice, she wasn't wrong , being friends isn't just fun and games but also sharing things together... it's just that ...Frida wasn't sure if she could share anything with Sarah at all ...since she has no memories...as she seemed to be lost in thoughts she raised her head a bit to look at sarah , then she saw sarah seemed troubled inside, as if she really wanted to tell her a deep secret. " You are right!" Frida said " as friends we should grow close together!" , Sarah face brightened yet again as she nodded and smiled in agreement, " Sarah ! I told you to not disturb her yet ! " A woman's voice was heard at the door in a somewhat angry tone , "M-MOM!" Sarah panicked "I -i just came to say hi! - I didn't bother her I swear !!" ...
