Aria's POV

***

I wake with sore eyes from the tears I shed the night before. I'm in Harry's bed curled in a ball and the early afternoon sun peeks through the curtains. I sit up and grab my phone. 11:45 am. I slept late.

I get out of bed and walk down stairs to see Harry in the kitchen on the phone. He doesn't see me at first, so I stay hidden behind the wall and listen.

"I know, I know," Harry says to whoever is listening on the other end. "He has a right to be angry it just pisses me off that he thinks he could talk to her like that."

I sigh as the events from the night before pour in my mind. Youre a fucking slut you know that?

"No she's still asleep." Harry says, I hear the stress in his voice. "Yeah, you can come over later. I'm sure she'd like that. Bring Sarah and the baby too."

Mitch. I shouldn't be surprised.

"Alright thanks, see you soon...bye" He hangs up the phone and I walk around the corner and see him leaning against the kitchen counter staring down at his phone with his lip between his fingers. He gives me a half smile when he sees me and sets his phone down, pulling me into a hug.

"Hey baby, how are you doing?" He asks, he drags his words out. I've always loved that about him. The way he annunciates everything he says.

"I'm okay, sorry I slept so long." I mumble, wrapping my arms around his torso and leaning into him.

"Its okay, you didn't sleep well last night you needed it." He looks down at me and holds my face in his hands, then presses a soft kiss to my forehead. "Mitch and his family are coming over later, I hope thats alright."

I smile and nod. "I miss them." Mitch, Sarah and I meet for lunch once a month and catch up but we havent gotten to it this month. "I think I need some fresh air." I say, pulling away from him and walking to the window in the kitchen cracking it open. It feels stuffy in here. Or maybe its just me.

I head for the backdoor and Harry follows me. When the warm air of the early summer fills my lungs i feel more relaxed. I walk over to the porch swing in his back yard and sit down in it, soon Harry sits next to me. "Are you doing alright?" He asks me.

"Somewhat," I say, scooting closer to him. "I'm happy I'm with you, I just don't know what I'm going to do about Cole."

"Well you have two weeks to figure it out." He says, bring his hand to the side of my face to run his fingers through my hair. "No need to worry about it right now."

"We're here!" I hear from the front door as he walks in. I turn around and see the three of them. Mitch, Sarah and Scout. Mitch holds the door open while Sarah stands behind Scout holding his hands while he walks inside with wobbly steps. I smile when I see them.

"We're outside!" Harry shouts and its not long after that the three of them make their appearance outside. Mitch grabs two chairs and sets them in front of the porch swing, picking up Scout and setting him on his lap in one while Sarah takes the other.

We stare at each other for a moment.

"So is someone gonna tell us what happened or just leave us in oblivion?" Sarah asks, breaking the silence.
