Chapter 6: Two Swordsmen vs One Town

"KAMUSARI!!!"

With a loud war cry, Y/N wasted little to no time as with his katana, he slashes across from right to left, hands tightly gripping the hilt of it as a wave of energy sails towards the ground, and as it makes contact with it, it ruptures and explodes, causing people nearest to the initial strike of the ground to be sent flying all over the place, some of them away, some of them upwards, while some of them try to stay upright but are just barely sent sliding across the ground on their planted feet. Then, the Son of the Pirate King lands on the ground, feet causing the surface beneath him to crack under the hard landing before he looks around at the people that have surrounded him with guns pointed directly at him.

"Oi, Zoro, what do you say we put in a wager? Whoever takes down the most Baroque Works members owes the other one a barrel of sake." Y/N says as he continues to eye the bounty hunters like a hawk, not ever once taking his eyes off of them to look beyond or somewhere other than the people pointing guns.

"Sure, I'll match that wager." Zoro says as he suddenly appears right beside his crewmate, causing the Baroque Works members to immediately widen their eyes at the sudden reappearance of the green-haired swordsmen.

"How dare you mock us!? Acting like this is only a game to you!?" A random Baroque Works member shouts angrily as they aim their guns towards the two of them as another one gives the order to fire, pulling their triggers to let loose their ball bearings, however instead of hitting their marks, they ended up hitting their own members opposite them as the two swordsmen have suddenly disappeared once more, letting the ball bearings sail further and towards friendlies, killing everyone in the circle that had once surrounded the two.

"Idiots! They shot each other!" Igarrapoi states to the remaining members, appalled by the idiocy that they have just exhibited before he gets back to the task at hand. "Darn! Kill them already! It's just two swordsmen!" But that statement soon becomes his downfall as suddenly, a blackened blade pierces his powdered wig, just shy from his cheek, causing him to shudder in fear while Mr. 9, Miss Monday and Wednesday look on in horror as Y/N stands right behind him that stone cold stare appearing on his face once again.

"You never truly learn, do you, Mr. 8. I just told you all before, I am the son of the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger. His blood runs through my veins, and my crewmate is none other than the Pirate Hunter, now turned pirate himself, ironic isn't it. That the hunters have become the hunted, and it looks like there'll be more than just two gravestones lining those rocks..." Y/N says with a deep and menacing chuckle just as more Baroque Works members surround them and Igarappoi, much to the terror of the latter, not wanting to be in the middle of this crossfire if possible.

"I-Idiots! Don't! Are you going to shoot me, too!?" Unfortunate for Mr. 8, none of them seem to be listening, seemingly wanting the bounty all to themselves causing him to lean his head back just a bit, his saxophone mouthpiece in between his lips as he shouts, "Igarappa!" before he blows on the instrument, causing a hail of bullets to fly out of the opening of the saxophone and hit the bounty hunters behind him and for the swordsmen to go their separate ways, intending to split the numbers and also to be able to start their little wager of who can kill the most hunters.

"Come now, don't go and kill your men now, Mr. 8, you're going to make me lose my bet to Roronoa Zoro!" Y/N says all but tauntingly, causing everyone around to start giving chase to the now hooded man, weaving through the alleyways of the town, leaping over and diving through anyone that tries to block his path. One person in particular thought it would be wise to use their entire body to trap him in an alley while others stand on the roofs of the two buildings and begin to fire from high ground, however, Y/N had foreseen this coming and simply rushes towards the man, clenching his fist tightly as he activates his Armament Haki to coat his fist, reeling back for a moment before delivering a powerful punch right in his gut, a groan of pain heard from the person as he is sent flying backwards into more people that look to have been behind the hunter to help block Y/N from escaping, and when the shockwave came around it had sent everyone on the roofs flying in various directions.
