Arabella POV

"If they make you uncomfortable in any way inform me immediately."Lio said.

"Goodness Lio you've said this for the nth time today."I looked at him,he is pacing in the room.

"You can't blame me."He stopped pacing and pointed his finger at me, "You never listen to me, you always go around disobeying everything I say."

Thank God I didn't told him about the morning incident.

"That's not true."He narrowed his eyes at me.

"We both know it is."

I gasped loudly,"Ask Eli,he'll tell you otherwise."

"Of course he will.He is the one who spoilt you to rotten."

"You mean to saw I'm a brat."I put my hands on my heart feigning hurt.But then a grin appear on my face,"Good then, I always wanted to become a bad girl."My grin widened,"I'm so strong."

"There is a lizard beside your leg."

I let out a scream and lunged towards Lio who caught me with ease. I clinged to his arms and looked at the floor."Where, where,where?"

I felt Lio's body shaking,I looked at him to see him laughing.I leave his arms and looked at him,"I'm so strong."He mimicked.

I do not sound like that.

"Stop laughing."I huffed pouting slightly,"Its not even funny."At that he started laughing even harder.

Meanie.

"I'm hungry."I rubbed my stomach. "I'm going downstairs.You come after you're done laughing at your lame jokes."I started to made my way towards the door knowing he would follow me.

"Just remember what I said Lia."Lio firmly said, interlacing his hand with mine and leading the way.

"You worry too much."

"Someone has to worry."

"Don't be rude to someone without any reason."I said.He just grunted in response,"If they are putting in the effort to try to know us and are behaving well with us,then we should also try."I said remembering Alessandro's words.

"I don't care what they do."

"We are practically going to live here, you can't possibly ignore them for the rest of your life."

"You know damn well if I want to I can."I shut up at that.It's true,this brother of mine is the most stubborn creature I know,well poor him, I'm his sister and I am even more stubborn than him.I just have to know if we can trust them or not."Besides it's not like we are going to stay here forever,once you turn 18 we will leave."

"Four years is a long way to go Lio."I sighed.

We reached downstairs and went towards the dining room,I can hear light conversation going on,as we entered the room,everyone present their, turned to look at us.

Awkward.

"Stop fucking staring."Lio barked and led me to the chairs,we sat at yesterday.

After sitting I looked around only Alessandro, Santino,Mr Vincenzo and Enrico are here.

"Good morning kiddos."Mr Vincenzo greeted smiling warmly at us.He is sitting at the head of the table like yesterday.

"Good morning."I smiled back.

"Don't call me kiddo."Lio grumbled. Mr Vincenzo's smile dimmed a little.I can feel the tension.

"He wasn't calling you kiddo."I said in an attempt to lighten the air,"who would even refer a giant like you as kid."
