Blade POV :

I run out of that abusive household. Run. Run. RUN. I got caught, shit, shit, shit! They're gonna take him away from me! They're gonna—

I jumped out of my bed as I breathe heavily. I'm running short of breath.. I see my husband next to me. Our hands intertwined with one another. I look away as my other hand wipes my sweat with a tissue. I looked over at the fast asleep husband, hes safe. Thank god, I thought they were going to take everything away again. I lie back down as he hug him tightly.. as tight as a kid would with a teddy. I sob into his chest, I never want to go back there.

I woke up much later in the afternoon. At around 1 PM. I slowly sat up, my husband left me a note. It read, 〝 I'm sorry hon but I have to go so soon we have a really important meeting  my star, I hope you understand. I'll be back in the afternoon, your favorite instant ramen is ready for you. 〞. I sigh as I headed towards the kitchen and went over to the chicken flavoured Maruchan instant ramen that was prepared for me beforehand. I grabbed my chopsticks as I dug in while watching some Douyin on my phone.

Jing Yuan POV :

I was presenting a recent presentation for some of our stocks. As the CEO of most companies on the Xianzhou Luofu, it was exhausting all the time. I just wanted to get home and see my beloved. After all that trauma he suffered, I know that it would be a horrible idea to leave him home alone. Well at least for too long.

After a few hours later, I went home and opened the door just to see Blade sitting at the front mat obediently like a little cat waiting for his owner. I chuckled as I scooped him up into my arms and put my bag down as I headed towards the living room and turned on our favorite show. He looked at me so cutely..

〝 Can we do everything they do in the movie? 〞

We were watching a romance and I of course nodded at him. I would never deny the love of my life, never. Even if he was in the wrong.

Blade POV :

I was so clingy today for some odd reason. It might have been my nightmare last night that caused it but I'm not usually this clingy. I'm usually always cold and never open up the slightest bit during these times. I was so forward today.. we kept on kissing on the couch. We were kind of watching a romance movie. It had been a month since we did it though.. but I would never ask for it unless Jing Yuan wanted it.

I cuddled into him. I practically melted into Jing Yuan.. my head buried into his neck. I hated showing my face in slightly intimate acts like this. I slowly grew possessive of him. I never had a great childhood since I was a kid. Everything was taken away from me, and I still long about it all night long. I soon was marking Jing Yuan all over with my hickeys. My bites. My marks. He looked down at me, my lips moist in my saliva.

〝 Honey.. don't worry. I'm all yours. I'll never leave you, I won't let anyone near you again unless you want it, mkay? 〞
