Time doesn't exactly fly by fast when you're basically in a makeshift hell. Maybe it's all part of the torture? It seems time just happens to be our enemy when in here, taking ages to pass by.

Walking up the pathway to go to my classroom, I could hear laughter..."unusual" I thought to myself.

I hesitated opening the classroom door, for this was my last chance to turn back and run for the hills...Christ.. did I mention I absolutely hate school?

Curious to find out who would be laughing because of God knows what, I turned the handle and walked into the bright yellow classroom, illuminated by the rays of sunlight scattered among the walls, making the room appear even brighter than it really is.

I expected someone to be cracking a joke, or even telling a funny story, causing laughter.

What I didn't expect was to see paper plates, a ball and four girls.

Seems they found joy in watching the ball fly and then *smack* and then fly once more and *smack*

...

Don't get the wrong idea, they were only playing a makeshift version of pingpong.

What did you think?

It seemed quite...stupid to me thinking about it, someone hits a ball and then suddenly everyone finds entertainment in it?

Good job humanity.

Back to the story, it didn't surprise me that teenage girls found joy in watching balls fly to be honest. Being a teenage girl myself,  I can say most of us can be classified as "thirsty"  and when you go to an all girl school, boy oh boy is thirsty taken to a whole new level.

Who am I to call girls thirsty, I was one too.

Having nothing better to do with my life,  I sat and watched the ball fly, back and forth, and back and forth, and b-

The ball hitting me snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Wanna join in?" One of the players asked.

'I'm gonna be with these people for years, why not join in and get to know them a bit?' I asked myself.

Besides....

What have I got to lose, I was already too far in the class games, and let's just say I wasn't exactly winning.

But don't lose all hope just yet.

Games can change, plots can twist and before you know it, everything is upside down and you're wondering 'wtf'

So grabbing a paper plate, I proceeded in helping the balls fly, back and forth once more.
