I close the door to her office and walk away, thinking about how perfect she still looks. God, that woman still hasn't changed that fucking attitude, so annoying. I walk to my office, grabbing the papers I need for the meeting, and then head to the conference room. Once I get there, I set up my things and look over what's happening this week.

After minutes have passed, I start to talk with some of my co-workers before the meeting. We talked about our weekends and what we planned on doing tonight, just like any other conversation.

Less than 5 minutes before the meeting starts, out of the corner of my eye, I see her walk into the room. The way she walks, her hairstyle, the outfit, and those heels. The confidence that radiates from her is such a turn-on. We make eye contact from across the room but quickly breaking. Once the time has come, I sit down and clear my throat to get everyone's attention.

"Good morning, everyone, happy to see y'all have made it. As I mentioned last Friday, we have a lot of new buyers on the list throughout the week, so I expect the most out of the people I have assigned. Last week, everything went smoothly, we got good ratings, and we got a collaboration offer with Ashley Store, so expect more clients to come in. Also, I expect everyone who has a client to be on time and prepared. I am not your alarm clock, so it's your responsibility. Ever since the O'Bryan's incident we have been kinda going down in our sales rates by 25%. Rooms to Go has recently come up with a new product that their clients love, I will call some people to stay behind so that we can discuss this matter. Everyone else who doesn't get called, continue back to your work, if you have any questions, ask your supervisors when I am done talking." I pause, "Alright, Liam, Destiny, Gianna, Oliver, and Mike please come to my office. Everyone else, you know what to do." I say, dismissing them to go. While everyone was leaving, they picked up their things and moved a couple of chairs to get closer to me.

"Ok... one thing that we need to pay attention is that our customers have been loving nature, so stuff like biophilic interior design. Some stores have come up with good, but similar ideas with the Biomimetic interior design that we have published in the past, but they've added extra detail to it to where they got more attention than us. We need to add more, we did a good job before, but we need something else, does-" I stop speaking when I see a hand go up. "Yes, good ahead."

"So, what we could do to add more to the biophilic design is that we could add the Modern farmhouse style. It's simple, yes, but I think it'll go well with the biophilic design."

"I like that idea," a woman says, flipping through her notes. "Just for ideas, we could also add the ceiling beams and the distressed furniture, that'd go well with the biophilic design."

"Ok, I love these ideas and I do agree with the distressed furniture, that would add a nice charm to it."

"Sir... We could also add Coastal design to it, I personally like plants with a coastal feel."

"Good thinking," I say jotting down all the ideas. "Does anyone have anything else?" I say sitting up. I then see Gianna's hand go up.

"Yes, Ms. Aguilar?"

"Why don't we just do Bohemian Beauty design? They classic style of it gives it that fresh look which is related to the Coastal design, and it looks good with plants. Also, its more on the trendy side so more people will be more attracted to it." Gianna says with confidence. She receives a couple of nods of approval as she speaks.

"Bohemian Beauty, I like that, that's a good idea. My architecture and interior group, how fast can y'all create something within 2-4 weeks?"

"Well," one of the architects says. "Knowing that we need to design it, get your approval, order it, and set it up. It should take about 3-4 weeks but that just depends on how fast the delivery wants to take."

"Ok, that's fine. Good ahead and get started, I want this done well. Does anyone have any questions?"

Gianna raises her hand. "What should the main interior design department start on?"

"Go ahead and start with the living room, for most projects like this, you will always start with this living room."

"Oh ok."

"Alright, let's get to work and tell the rest of the people who need to know this." I say as people get up, collect their things, and head out. I get up and walk to my office, knowing that I have some paperwork to do.

Gianna

I leave the conference room and go to the interior design department. Once there, I set my stuff down on a nearby coffee table and cleared my throat to get everyone's attention.

"Excuse me, Hi, I'm Gianna Aguilar, your new supervisor." I say feeling my heart beating out of my chest, "Today, right now we have been assigned to create a Bohemian Beauty style with a biophilic feel to it. We will as always be starting with the living room and this whole process will take around a month so let's get started, if you have any questions, I'm here." I say, receiving a few nods and they start to work. As I'm picking up my stuff from the coffee table to head back to my office, I see this guy come up to me from my peripheral vision.

"Hello, sorry to bother you, um, I just had a question."

"Yes?"

"Are there a certain color you want us to use?" He looks at the floor.

"Just stick with neutral and vibrant jewel tones like yellow, brown, white, light grey, blue, and red; stuff like that.

"Ok thank you, um, my name is Oliver and you said yours is Gianna, right?"

"Yes, nice to meet you."

"You too... ok bye" he says, then turns to walk away. I chuckle, then go and head off to my office. Once I get there, I put my stuff down and go to Mr. Clay's office to figure out my workload for the day.
