A/N: THANKS FOR 1K READS! IT MEANS A LOT <33

Furinas POV

After the conversation with Arlecchino I decided when and how I'd tell /confirm the truth to avoid any more problems.

I would start small with Navia, Clorinde and Charlotte and then I'd tell it to the whole school after the yearly school assembly of the student council to discuss problems or ideas to improve the school.

But first I had to tell my friends.

Navia🕶️

Uhh

Hey Navia?

Can we meet up today at our usual café with the other girls? Like at 5?

I kind of need to get something off my chest.

Yeah, of course. But r you okay, girl? ('・Д・)」

Yeah, dw! I'll tell you at the café

Now I just had to wait for the few remaining hours to pass by.

All day long I fidgeted and moved around, my hyperactivity multiplied by 10 due to panic and nervousness. Even Arlecchino had to tell me several times to stop moving and just relax. Which obviously didn't help at all.

After what felt like days it was time to get ready and head out.

I had calmed down a bit and now I was just rehearsing the way I would say it to them so as not to mess it up, something I usually do under stress when I don't practice.

I said goodbye to Arlecchino and set off, being a bundle of nerves.

Arriving at the café, I chose a table and sat down, waiting for the others to arrive, the realization and nervousness hitting me like a bus.

Finally Navia and Clorinde arrived aswell and sat down on our table.

It was time.

"The reason why I called you all here, is because you're all really good friends, but there's one thing I've been lying about and you don't deserve that"

I started to fidget with my fingers.

"As you all probably heard. There's been this rumour going around that I'm not rich... and... well, yeah. It's true... I've actually been raised in an orphanage and now my brother is sustaining us both... I'm sorry for lying..."

I had been avoiding their eyes this whole time but finally dared to look up.

I was expecting them to look at me with disgust or disappointment, the way I had been looked at when I was younger, but there was an understanding?

"Y-you're not mad?" I asked, genuenly surprised

"Of course not!" Navia replied inmidiately,

"We've also been suspecting that something was happening a long time ago" Charlotte added.

I breathed a sigh of relief and told them my story and the reasons for my actions.

After I told them pretty much everything they all fell silent, their faces filled with sadness and understanding.
