//Chapter 4//

The sun had long set by the time you received the email. Sitting in your dimly lit room, your phone buzzed with a new notification. Your heart skipped a beat as you saw the subject line: "Welcome to Pizza Plex!" With shaky hands, you opened the email and skimmed through the content.

"Congratulations, Y/N! We are thrilled to offer you the position of Night Shift Security Guard at Pizza Plex. Your first shift begins tomorrow at midnight. Please report to the security office by 11:45 p.m. to complete any remaining paperwork and receive your uniform. We look forward to having you on our team!

Best regards, Josh Gonzolas Hiring Manager, Pizza Plex"

A mix of excitement and anxiety surged through you. It was real; you had the job. But with the thrill came a nagging sense of unease, fueled by Isaiah's warnings and that bizarre note on the map.

Time skip

The next day passed in a blur. You tried to stay busy to keep your mind off the impending night shift. When the time finally came, you found yourself standing outside Pizza Plex once again. The neon lights of the sign flickered in the darkness, casting an eerie glow over the entrance. Taking a deep breath, you pushed open the door and stepped inside.

Josh was waiting for you in the security office, a small, cluttered room filled with monitors displaying various parts of the facility. He greeted you with a warm smile and handed you a uniform—a navy blue shirt with the Pizza Plex logo embroidered on the chest and a pair of black pants.

"Welcome aboard, Y/N," Josh said, clapping you on the shoulder. "Let's get you settled in."

He guided you through the remaining paperwork, explaining the basic protocols and procedures. The security office was your command center, equipped with monitors, communication devices, and a flashlight. Josh walked you through the various camera feeds, pointing out key areas you needed to keep an eye on.

"Remember," Josh stressed, "your main responsibility is to maintain safety and security on the premises. Report any suspicious activity promptly, and don't hesitate to request backup if necessary. Remember the robots can get a little quirky at night" he concluded. You nodded, taking in the instructions. The gravity of the responsibility sank in, but you felt prepared to tackle the task. "Also, if I were you, I'd make a point to peek in and say hello to the animatronics," he added.

As the clock chimed midnight, Josh wished you good luck and departed, leaving you alone in the tranquil, softly illuminated office. Deciding against spending the entire day indoors, you opted to explore the place. As you strolled through the expansive halls of the pizza plex, you marveled at its size. Looking at the map you acquired during yesterday's encounter with that stupid map bot, you realized that this establishment not only had multiple floors but also offered an abundance of activities.

Opting to visit Rockstar Row first to catch a glimpse of the animatronics, a nostalgic feeling washes over you as memories from your childhood resurface. Approaching Glamrock Freddy's room, you notice the curtain is wide open, but to your surprise, Glamrock Freddy is nowhere to be seen, weird. Puzzled by this, you proceed to the next room, which happens to belong to Roxanne Wolf. You think about whether to knock on the door or continue your exploration, but before you can decide, the door swings open, catching you off guard.

Standing in the doorway, Roxanne Wolf's piercing green eyes lock onto you, her sleek metallic fur shimmering under the hallway lights. "Well, what do we have here?" she says with a sly grin, her voice smooth yet commanding. You freeze, unsure how to respond. "What are you doing here? Tell me you're not another fan boy," she asks, her gaze sharp.
