Personality : Strict, non-nonsense attitude, violence, soften only for small animal especially Naruko with her twin sister, Lucy and smart. He was protective of Naruko as he learn of her life that being shunned by Konoha's villagers. He will protect Naruko and Konoha village but not villagers. When he being 8 years old, he had beaten up the bullies who dare touch Naruko. He even scared the council especially Danzo with his intense glare. Because of him, Danzo can't hurt Shisui which Uchiha being save. Hibari had teach Fugaku a lesson about value of life which make Fugaku realize of his mistake. Danzo's punishment was a death sentence after everything reveal about what Danzo done by stealing sharingan from Uchiha's clan. Danzo's crimes were stealing sharingan, caused Minato and Kushina's death, get the villagers hate Naruko because of Kyubi and most of all, he had the cause of Hibari's massacre. Danzo's most fear was Hibari's clan. Danzo think by destroy Hibari's clan will make him a peace but he guess wrong when he found out a last survivor of Hibari's clan which be Hibari Kyoya. Since he was the one who save Uchiha's clan, Hiruzen had give a position to Hibari Kyoya as a last heir of Hibari's clan, the most respectful in Konoha Village. Hiruzen did what Hibari told him and punish Homura and Kohaku. He also disband council and replace with a new council from other clan that he trusted which be Inuzuka, Nara, Akimichi, Aburame, Hibari and Uchiha. He had punished civilians which be Haruno Mebuki and Amanda for their greediness. Hiruzen seem respect of Hibari Kyoya for save the people's life. Hibari seem respect of Third Hokage and approval when he sense his strength. Third Hokage saw how Hibari protect Naruko which he let Hibari as he was please that Naruko may safe with Hibari. He really hate when he saw Sakura insult Naruko which he protect her by insulted Sakura back make her scared. He also like sparring with Sasuke. He love to training Naruko. Not only he spar with Sasuke, he also spar against Lucy. Hibari had learn that Lucy was same as him when she reborn into ninja world but different path.
