Bisexual or Biromantic (Bi) -
Romantic or sexual attraction to both males and females, to more than one gender, or attraction to both people of the same gender and different genders.
This flag was designed by Michael Page, unveiled on December 5, 1998;
Pink: Attraction toward the Same sex
Purple: Attraction to other Genders.
Blue: Attraction toward the Opposite sex
The first time "bisexuality" was used by anatomist, Robert Bentley Todd, was to refer to the possession of having both male and female characteristics in the same body, in 1859. This is now referred to as being Intersex. The first time it was used was used in the sense of being sexually attracted to both men and women was by American neurologist, Charles Gilbert Chaddock, in his 1892 translation of the same term use in the same way in the 7th edition of Krafft-Ebing's seminal work "Psychopathia Sexualis".
(The term comes from the prefix Bi-, which is a Latin word with a Latin root, means "two", "twice", or "double", and the word Sexual, which in this case, means experiencing sexual attraction. Some might replace sexual with Romantic, in the case of experiencing romantic attraction, instead of sexual.)Bigender -
A person whose gender identity is a combination of more than one gender or is sometimes one gender and sometimes another gender; gender-fluid, genderqueer.
The original flag is now considered problematic because the create=or was accused of abuse and transphobia
This is an alternative flag, thought the creator, ate, and the meanings of the colors are unknown, this is what is proposed;
Pink: Femininity and Female Gender Expression
Yellow: Gender outside of Man and Woman Binary
White: Embracing more than one Gender
Purple: Fluidity between Genders
Blue: Masculinity and Male Gender Expression
Before it was used in the LGBTQ+ community, the term "Bigender" was used in biology as a term for plants that possess both male and female reproductive organs. The term then evolved to refer to something suitable for both male and female genders, e.g., bigender college dorms, where men and women live on the same floor. In the late 1980s, the trans organization, Human Outreach and Achievement Institute, defined "Bigenderist" as a type of androgyne, with the latter being defined as "A person who can comfortably express either alternative gender role in a variety of socially acceptable environments."
(The term "Bigender" comes from the prefix Bi-, which means "two", "twice", or "double", and the word "gender", referring to gender identity, combined meaning two (or more) genders.)Boyflux/Guyflux/Manflux -
Someone who mostly identifies as Male but also experiences fluctuation in their Gender Identity. For example, sometimes they may feel strongly Masculine and other times less so.
This flag was designed by Tumblr user "kitsuneshay-blogson", August 19, 2015;
Fading to Blue: Fluctuations in Boy-ness
Green/mix of Blue & Yellow: A mix of Boy and Non-Binary
The term "Boyflux" was also coined and first used by the same Tumblr user "kitsuneshay-blogson", on the same date, August 19, 2015.
(The term "Boyflux" comes from the word boy and the term "Genderflux" to represent fluctuation in identity.)
