This is a quirkless AU. Ochaco and Tsu work together. @TRUCK-KUN-SUPREMACY RECOMMENDED

"Hey ochaco?" Tsuyu asked.
"Yeah Tsu?" The brunette answered while focusing on her work.
"You're always working, would you wanna come with me to this new cafe? It just opened last week. It'll have mochi!" Tsu said in a persuading voice, enventuly ochaco gave in. After all, she loves coffee, especially mochi.

The cafe was a 10 minute walk from their office so they ended up doing so. Tsuyu was showing Ochaco what type of drinks and desserts they have their to go along with them. Ochaco was just getting pumped about the words like,"coffee" and "mochi". Once they'd reached the cafe, there was a huge line. Possibly about a 45-50 minutes wait, They still waited in line until it was there turn. Once they reached the front, a green haired barista greeted them. Not to mention, the cafe was practically empty.
"Hey there! Welcome to Mocha Motive, what can I get started for you two?" He said enthusiastically, adding a soft and warm smile. Ochaco got butterflies, who knew and man could be so handsome and cute at the same time? Ochaco was still day-dreaming while tsu was ordering.
"Uhm, Ochaco?" Tsu proceeded to ask and tapped ochaco lighting on her shoulder.
"Huh, what?" Uraraka replied dumb-founded
"Your order?" The barista asked. That's when it happened. Her big brown orbs meeting his electric emerald eyes. Something clicked in the two of them and then they broke eye contact, trying to not look at eachother.
"Oh sorry. Could I get the mocha latte with a strawberry mochi, uhh what's your name?" She said trying to find his name.
"Izuku Midoriya. You can call me Izuku though."  He told ochaco quietly, being the shy boy he is.
"Ohh, thank you izuku!" Uraraka exclaimed unexpectedly.
"mhm, no problemo. You're total will be 27.90." He told the two girls.
"It's on me, tsu!" Ochaco hastily said and brought out the exact amount of cash needed to pay.
"But.." Tsuyu was then cut off by ochaco.
"No buts or if's. I want to treat you to show how grateful I am to have you as a friend!" She said happily. Suddenly Tsu got a phone call, it was her mother. Tsuyu obviously picked it up, her mother was frantic.
"Tsu!! You're sister and dad are in the hospital! They are in the ICU!" Her mother said while sobbing.(if you didn't know, the ICU means "Intensive Care Unit" meaning they are basically and important patient.)
"I'm so sorry Ochaco, I have to go. Family emergency!" Tsu grabbed her items and ran out the cafe.
"Oh, okay." Ochaco said quietly, she grabbed her latte and strawberry mochi and sat down at a table. Out of the blue, someone sat across from her. It was Izuku flipping Midoriya, the boy she had just met and was adorable.
"Uhm, ochaco right? I noticed your friend left in a hurry so I decided to keep you company if that's okay?" The handsome greenet asking ochaco.
"Oh, um. Yeah, I don't mind." She replied looking sad, they continued to sigh.
"Uh, everything will be okay. I was wondering if. I could um maybe get your number?" Izuku said looking away, trying to make sure ochaco couldn't see him turn a shade of pink."
"Heh, yeah. Let me see your phone." She said. Izuku then proceeded to give her his phone, their hands brushed together. Both of them blushed deeply, as deep as a shade of crimson. They talked for hours, eventually they exchanged goodbyes and left. Ochaco has been going to that coffee shop for over an year, she is now a regular customer there.

"Hey Uraraka! The usual right?" Izuku said with one of his flashy smiles.
"You know it!" She played along.
"Alrighty! Your total will come out to be 15.95."
"Ok Izuku." She replied with a soft and genuine smile.

It was almost closing hours so that means izuku and ochaco could talk for a little bit without interruptions. After the being a regular customer, both of the delicate and empathetic people started having a little crush on each other. Izuku likes Ochaco because of her bubbly personality. Uraraka likes Izuku because of how he makes her feel safe and happy. Oh but little did they know that they both liked eachother. Once Ochaco sat down at a table, Izuku followed her. They had a pretty long conversation that lasted about an hour. Ochaco had finally finished her latte and dessert, Izuku decided that he would tell Ochaco how he felt.
"Ochaco." He said.
"Yeah? Wait. You just called me by my first name?" She replied confused, Izuku was already blushing.
"Ochaco, I've liked you for a really long time. That day when your friend had left, I really wanted to comfort you since you looked gloomy. You are gorgeous, smart, kind, and genuine. You've comforted me through the good and bad and I'm just really grateful for it. It's ok it you don't feel the same Ochaco, we can still be friends if you'd like?" Izuku told Ochaco, a deep shade of crimson dusted his cheeks. Ochaco was in a deep state of shock, 'there's no way he likes me!' she thought in her mind. The silence between the two was beginning to get awkward, until ochaco broke it.
"Uhm, izuku?" she asked, izuku looked up at her, their eyes met.
"yeah?" he said quietly.
"I like you too." She said looking away, izuku's eyes widened.
"wait, really?" The greenet exclaimed. Ochaco was beginning to look like a tomato.
"mhm, I've liked you ever since I first laid eyes on you. Your caring, honesty, comforting, handsome, and smart. I really do like you too." Uraraka responded. Izuku grabbed her hand, holding it carefully.

"Would you wanna go on a d-date?" Izuku asked.
"Yes! I would love to, Izuku!" Ochaco exclaimed.
